  Excellent place to stay

  We were booked to stay here for one night prior to leaving Istanbul from SAW airport on the Asian side. Our plans changed and we rang and changed our booking for 2 nights 22& 23 November. From the outset this is an excellent place to stay. Booking is easy, staff speak good English, the rooms (we stayed in the Mansion rooms, the other rooms are nicer still) are roomy , very comfortable, excellent beds and pillows, linen is of a high standard. Every thing is exceptionally clean. The outside of the Mansion rooms is being refurbished now. The garden surrounding are very nice and the whole establishment has an air of peace and calm. There is a busy road nearby but you hear nothing in the rooms. The restaurant where breakfast is served looks out over the sea and is a really lovely space. We also had dinner here on our last night. This is not a place to stay if you want to be in Sultanahmet , there are good links by public transport, metro and buses, and the ferry from Kadikoy, but it is still some distance to Sultanahmet and Beygolu. BUT do try the area of Bagdat St, certainly one of the nicest areas of Istanbul with beautiful shops and some of the best eating in Istanbul. The F1 track is on this side too. The best part of Park 156 is the staff, they are helpful, polite and really know about great customer service. If you are looking for a different Istanbul I recommend Park 156, thank you.

  Big service and comfort , small price

  Stay here for two nights on business in September 13. Juice and biscuits on arrival in reception and a fruit Basket delivered to the room. The service here is excellent and as good as I'd get in a 5 * hotel. Room was big, good shower, some English TV, fast free wifi. Nice restaurant for Breakfast, great coffee in breakfast. 10 mins walk to a selection of hotels and a shopping street. Room was very quiet, nice gardens around. Really this is a great place to stay if the location is good for you. And a box of Turkish delight as a leaving gift !

  very kind and good service ! Always at my service, Clean and quite room with sea view . Received fruits upon arrival as present . Good buffet breakfast from 7 to 10:00 . If you arrive at the Sabiha Gokcen airport the hotel is very convenient.

  A nice family run hotel. Room cleanliness and decoration second to none. Extremely friendly and caring environment with a nice small park. Sunset on the deck with a beautiful marmara sea view is priceless. We will keep coming and recommending

  It will be your favorite place in case you like to stay away from tourist center and try to become a local for a shot time for a little money. Hospitable staff and pleasant atmosphere. Comfortable quiet room.
