    Good Small hotel except location

    Stayed at Parkland Grand for 2 nights near Airport for a business meet. The hotel is close to Airport and is good to spend one or two nights. The hotel is clean. Built-up is new but the location of the hotel is not good. It is in village in front of Govt. School with small approach roads and not well lit too. Cannot roam outside late night due to isolated place without any traffic on the road. Rooms are nice, clean bathroom, comfortable bed are the positive side of the hotel. The reception staff was friendly and the staff tried their best to make the guest comfortable. If location is not a constraint for traveler than one or two nights can be easily spent at the hotel as this is nearby NH-8 close to Airport.

    Worst Service possibly

    I had booked via MakeMyTrip for an over-night stay in Delhi(since our flight arrival at Delhi was at 10.30PM) and the tour organised via makemytrip was scheduled for next morning at 10AM. We reached Delhi Airport at 10.30 as scheduled and since we did not know the correct location of the Hotel, we booked a cab. Due to its location which is quite remote and lonely, the cab driver did not know this hotel or the location and asked us to call Hotel and seek the route. We tried calling the hotel from 10.45PM for like 30 min. Two numbers were provided in the hotel contact info and we tried contacting them on those. To my horror, the line was kept on call-waiting for the next 30 min or so. Since travelling in Delhi especially with a female partner is not safe at night, we panicked and asked the cab driver to transport us back to Airport. We again tried calling two numbers and one number was still on call-waiting and the other one kept on ringing. Noone took. We got in touch with a local friend at around 11.30 and after lot of roaming with the help of GPS, we found the hotel, finally!. The hotel looks nowhere to what is shown in the pictures right now. The right side walls are broken down(renovation work or something gone terrible), few parking space, the whole hotel looks deserted with very minimal lights(i understand its 12 at night, but the place could use some lighting). During check-in the receptionist was very cold and the guy kept asking us if the people who came to drop us would be staying. Even though we told them, only two of us would be staying, he kept on asking this for 2-3 times in the next 10 min or so(during check-in form filling). Time would be 12.30 now and the hotel staff who were there started murmuring looking at us which made everything really unconfortable. During this time, another hotel staff accompanied two women from outside, who were fully covered to head to one of the rooms. At this time, we made up our mind to not check-in to this hotel and get the hell out ASAP. When i told the receptionist that i was not checking in and that i would like to cancel the room, he told that cannot be done. He also didnt want to give us our booking receipt and also the ID proof which we gave. After some furious taking with the receptionist, we got the documents back and got the hell out. The experience has been horrible. We saw the rooms and the bed linens were dirty. Even though they had assured us breakfast early morning with facilities like pool, gym, snooker etc, the whole experience uptil there was horrible and i did not want to risk anything more. Till now there was no contact from the hotel autorities regarding the dismal service. Our checkin time was conveyed to hotel while booking, but even then, they made no decent attempt to know. Call-waiting at a time when we needed to contact the hotel the most was the lowest point of this service. Coming to Delhi with my wife on our honeymoon and staying on road at mid-night not knowing about location of hotel location was perhaps the most terrifying moments especially when the cab driver started yelling since his time was being lost.     Value for Money

    The room service was good. Reception people most helpful Mr. Manjit, Saurabh, Deepak, Rambir make homely atmosphere. Food Good and same was the restaurant service thanks to Chef Amit. Overall the stay was value for Money. The Swimming pool should not be kept under maintenance during Summer when it needed the most. Best suitable for People going Abroad or Domestic travel by AIR from IGI Airport.

    This is an average place to stay. Rooms were fine and washroom was clean. But overall regular maintenance is still required. Service was average and can be improved. Have not tried food here. Can be stayed.

    A complete package hotel

    This hotel is like a one stop shop for all the basic and extra hotel services including fast and free wi-fi.The cherry on the cake was its exceptionally low prices as compared to other hotels of it's level.We were amazed with the kind of hospitality of the hotel. Totally enjoyed it.
