  Horrible horrendous and what mot

  Had a horrible stay at this hotel. From service to room quality to food quality everything is so bad that I cant describe in words. Apart from other things, still suffering from the dysentery caused by room service food that ordered.

  Good place to stay

  I spent 2 nights in the hotel. Good and safe place to spend time. Hotel was clean and staff was decent. Good amenities. Bathrooms were clean. Room service is quick and efficient. Overall we had no problems in our stay. Can consider booking again for next time.

  Deterioration of quality

  It's an average hotel with average facilities and services. Cleanliness is okay. Rooms are not big but with basic amenities. Bathrooms are with old fittings but clean. Some of the staff personnel are good and well mannered, others couldn't care less.

  Very Bad Hotel

  Pathetic service, staff not cooperative, poor quality of room, not a good choice to stay. I have booked club room but im nt satisfied with the quality nd service. It will be better to stay in some other hotel.

  part of our North India tour

  The hotel is on a main thoroughfare. Quite a spacious hotel. The staff are helpful and 'interested to work' . Rooms are spacious. The linen is clean. Water for 'bath' (wash) was hot (you have to switch on the electric geezer (or leave the tap running for a long time). Food is excellent.
