  Great Room, Embarrassing Restaurant

  I am very satisfied with the room. Very spacious, clean. Bathroom is nice too, shower worked perfectly. I got a room on the 7th floor. However, several rooms upstairs where my group stayed in were smelly. I think it was because they were rarely used. So you might want to ask for a room on the lower floors, and ask for non-smoking if you don't smoke. The other plus side is that the location is great too. Lots of restaurants around the hotel, Louhu Mall is also 15 minutes walking away, but ask for direction, not difficult, but you might miss it. The hotel restaurant though... HORRIBLE. It was dirty in the 2 mornings I tried to have breakfast there. Food was terrible too. Don't waste your time there, just go find food outside at the restaurants surrounding the hotel.

  Excellent Location

  My second time staying at this hotel which is conveniently located near the luowu border and lots of amenities around the area. Close to the metro train stations and Dongmeng shopping area all within walking distance. Hotel is good value for money and some renovations is required.

  Convenient location but poor service

  Its not worth to stay again Location is very near the train station, but the traffic nearby is very heavy, its hard to cross the road. We requested for 3 person stay with double bed room, they gave me only two persons sets with single room. One of us have to sleep on the floor during the night, its a terrible experience. After we complained, they never upgrade our room, but still charged me 100rmb per night for the additional bed. Cleaner looks annoyed when adding the bed and towel for us. In the room we found hairs on the toilet floor and bed. towel and carpet are smelly. Restaurant nearby are not cheap and choice is very limited. Wi-fi is slow and phone charger in the room are not free of charge. Counter staff has no eye context and smiling when being asked the question. Overall, its cheap to stay in but with a terrible experience

  Convenient location and good service

  It's a short walk from the Lo Wu boarder crossing, and about 150 RMB taxi ride to the airport, so if you have an early flight out of Shenzhen and need a place to stay for a night, this place works great.Good breakfast options rooms were clean. Staff in engaging friendly.

  Horrible Experience

  I do not recommend this hotel The walls were filthy There were holes in the towels The air conditioning didnt work and the rugs had cigarette burns and furniture broken It was a nightmare and definitely not 4 stars
