  Snugly located- excemplary if you have no friends in the vicinity- discreet, prompt, courteous- chance to meet others that you know not positively excluded since there are no separate through-puts- airconditioningfine in the hot months- bathroom facilities modern and hygienic- noise surround not pronounced- differential pricing on the basis of room character available- ask for quiet and secluded

  Unprofessional staff in Pangkrati

  I called one week before my arrival to make a reservation for a 4 night stay, they told me that they cannot reserve me a room via telephone and they advised me that I should do it on my arrival. What if I go there and there is no availability? I was also eligible for a birthday(50% off) and a student (30%) discount, the receptionist said that they do not offer students discounts anymore and they only offer 30% of to 20-23 years old, that's fine as I am in that age range. I explained her that I am not from Greece and I have to reserve a room before my arrival. She insisted that she cannot. This is so unprofessional, how can they accept reservations from Booking and not from the phone? She also told me to call later as she was busy and had customers there, I told her yes I understand and now she is busy helping me from the phone, same thing. I made a reservation from booking but I was very pissed, so I called their other Hotel Priamos in ilioupoli, explained them the situation, they tried to help me to make a reservation there through them to Pagkrati but they insisted that they cannot. The staff in ilioupoli was very profession and they reserved me a room there. I will cancel my reservation from Booking (Pagkrati) a day before my arrival as I am allowed for free just because I am pissed with their behaviour and have the room empty. They deserve this.

  THE WORST STAFF AND BEHAVIOR

  In the site says clearly that you have 50% off when you have birthday or 30% if you are student. When I called to make a reservation they told me I can not have any offer in fridays, satardays or sundays! I was in shock because nowhere writes this stupid claims and the behavior of the staff was so terrible that made me feel like I am a gypsy guy! I wanted to give them MY MONEY! They were so greedy and unprofessional! I hate the staff. Don't want to talk to them or do any business again with these clowns!

  Good place for some fun

  My Lover took me there when I visited Athens last year and I was positively surprised. The room was very clean and I loved the cheezy decoration. The hottub really was fun. I just didnt like the strange orange bathroom, but everything else was great really

  Seedy and Avoid!

  We booked this hotel due to it's location and on arrival was extremely perturbed by the range of objects and outfits of a sexual nature in the lobby, a darkened, dimly lit room to the left and the display of lubricant for sale at the reception area! When I asked the very pleasant receptionist what type of hotel this was, she advised me that it was an adults' hotel where the rooms were individually themed. It was however clearly some type of brothel, and the fact that a prostitute arrived as we were going out for some sight seeing within 20 minutes of arrival only confirmed my suspicions. The hotel has a wholly seedy feel to it, it has a dubious aroma, I couldn't relax at all and could not wait to check out the following morning after a terrible night's sleep due to the number of noises and the general feeling of unease. I would never go back there and would happily have paid double for a better hotel. If you're looking for somewhere to go purely for sex and to hire a prostitute then this is your place. On a positive note, the staff were extremely helpful.
