  Well thought-out beach front accommodation

  Our unit was a 2bdrm / 2baths well equipped modern apartment with a sizable balcony and fab view to beach and towards Palma. Quiet, convenient and comfortable accommodation. Street parking was easy at this time of the year but might be an issue during peak season. Mattress is on the firm side. The bedrooms are not big but well configured and has built-in closets. The corner bedroom has windows with fab view to beach and Palma. Check-in is automated and its a little bit confusing the first time but not too bad. It would have received five stars were it not for sewage smell in the mornings for some reason. There are many bike rentals / restaurants / small markets in the vicinity. The Airport is roughly 7km away and noise related to airport wasnt an issue.

  Great place, great location.

  This was our first trip to Mallorca. I found Pure Salt Residences on trip advisor and am happy to tell you that it exceeded our expectations. We rented an apartment for four days (3a). The staff were very helpfully our Spanish isnt very good. The apartment has everything out needed expect beach towels that the front desk staff were kind enough to supply. The beach is easy access. We found the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel (Mikel & Pincho) the best option within walking distance for dinner. Lots of sandwich shops for lunch and supermarket for other supplies. We highly recommended this property.

  Lovely apartment.

  Stayed here for a week with my husband and 2 children aged 18 & 14. Lovely apartment, very comfortable with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and very clean and new. We had an apartment over looking the sea which was beautiful at sunset and the balcony was great to sit and have a drink. The area is predominately German holidaymakers with a few Italian and Dutch but not so many English which was lovely. There are lots of restaurants and bars to choose from and the Italian restaurant at the bottom of the apartments is very nice too. The roof top pool is small but we mostly had it to ourselves. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bus to Palma centre is easy and cheap. We enjoyed our time here very much.

  Awesome Apartment

  This is not the cheapest place to stay but the accommodation was excellent and right on the boardwalk. Had a minor plumbing issue that was sorted with 20 minutes of reporting it. Better to use the pool at the sister hotel next door. Really enjoyed my stay here, it was perfect for what we needed with the right amount of facilities on hand. Note for British tourists it is located in a predominantly German resort. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and excellent beach plus close enough to Palma and other resorts.

  Great family trip to Palma de Mallorca for Easter

  We are a family of 3 travelling the world, and have visited more than 50 countries the past 8 years. This trip to Palma de Mallorca was a mix of sightseeing the island (we even came with the ferry from mainland Spain), and also had business meetings with business partners within constructions and Real Estate. Our stay at the Pure Salt Residences was, great. Perfect location right by the boardwalk and beaches, and a splendid Italian Restaurant on site which serves delicious real Italian pizza. The rooms are very spacious, with separate bedrooms, a large dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Our unit also had a partial sea view and board walk view. The only problem we encountered was to enter into the self serviced building, as we arrived late, and the code did not work to open the door to the self service machine. We had to wait for someone to come, taking us about an hour to enter, but finally in, the rest of the stay was great.
