  Simply outstanding service and luxury!

  My wife and I were fortunate to stay at the Regina Dell Acqua Resort for two weeks at the end of July. It was so good that we have had no hesitation in rebooking for summer 2020. All the staff were excellent, very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every single day. The facilities were excellent including a great new gym. There were always plenty of sun loungers around the lovely pool plus towels provided. The restaurant food and service was fantastic. The location is great with other restaurants, bars and supermarkets all within easy walking distance. We are grateful to Tui for maintaining access to this super hotel. We look forward to seeing Anastasia, Evangelos and all their wonderful team again next summer. Cant wait!

  Another great stay at Regina Dell Acqua Resort

  We have visited Regina Dell Acqua Resort twice in 3 years. We have been very happy with the level of service we have received. The owners and staff are very friendly, they do a great job making your stay as pleasant as possible. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are lovely and the food in the restaurant is good. I would definitely visit there again if I was staying in Skala.

  Relaxing

  Sept 2019 was our 4th stay here and it still doesn't fail to deliver what we want. This is the place where we come to relax and completely wind down. It is a small hotel with not to match going on which is ideal for us. The pool is large, a little cold, but with the temputures this is just right.The pool side bar provides a reasonable variety of drinks and the food is excellant, it is also the restaurant for the evening with a vary pleasent atmosphere. All the waiters are friendly and always want to please and give you a good service. At various times the owners are found around the complex and are always asking and making sure your have what you need and enjoying yourself and will deal with any problems as approriate. The rooms have always been well maitained and cleaned every day. The location of the hotel is great it is elevated and looks out over the beach. You are charged extra to use the hotels sunbeds. The local town Scala is a pleasent 10/15 min walk and here you will find a number of good restaurants, reansonably priced. We are returning this Sept, can not wait!!

  Luxury in Skala

  Was not disappointed with this lovely hotel in Skala, Kefalonia. Our first visit to kefalonia, but hopefully will return to Regina Dell Aqua. Food- Breakfast good and lots to choose from. Snacks throughout the day good. Dinner in the evening all freshly made. Good choice, infact no need to go anywhere else if you can't be bothered to move from a little slice of peace and quiet.The pool great with good steps to get in and out if your a little older or need help. The beach just across the road with lots of canopy beds or sun loungers,and sun shades. There are a couple of great lads fetching and carrying food and drink down from the hotel if you feel really lazy. Theres a shop down the road 5 mins away if you have forgotten or need things. 15 mins walk into town which is just far enough. The rep comes to hotel and she was great , fixing up trips or need any info . The staff are all great from the cleaners, receptionist managers and the bar lads are just great fun and like a good laugh and joke. I didn't feel well for a couple of days (nothing to do with hotel I have to add). The manager could not have been more helpful and caring. This hotel is a little gem in Kefalonia. Thanks all.

  Faulty lift

  I utilised the facilities of the Hotel as a regular user of there beach. I was trapped in a faulty lift for nearly 30 minutes, which was being serviced and repaired but not notified as out of order. Very frightening and dangerous experience!! I have written numerous emails in this regard and never had the courtesy of a reply.
