  Don't go there

  They said there would be studio with balcony. There was no balcony at first floor. You could open the door, which was just right to the bar. The room suppose to be ready at 2 pm, but we got our room 3.30 pm. But then the staff was the really spesific, that we will leave room by 10 am. You can hear the other people's noice from the other rooms. Luckily they were not many people staying at the same time. Full kitchen equipments does not include anything. You should buy your own soap etc. Equipments were dirty, when we came. One toiletpaper is included. Buy your own toiletpaper. Internet said this was hotel (rank under hotel), it's not. Bed and pilows were hard. There was not enough hot water sometimes. The only good thing was, that the room was big enough for two and the location is perfect for skiing !

  Good location but not worth it

  The hotelkeeper was very friendly and the hotel is walking distance to the Stafal-Gabiet funicular. She does not speak English but we were able to make it work. But the hotel itself has very thin floors and walls...you hear everything including whenever there is water running through the pipes. The bed was rock hard and we were unable to get comfortable, restful sleep. Bring your own soap as none are supplied. My biggest concern was that the hotelkeeper requested to hold onto our passports the night we checked in. The following day we found our passports simply laying on the reception counter for anyone to grab. As a foreigner visiting this was very concerning that there was not better security for these items. Positives: The kitchenette was decent and the views of the mountains were beautiful. We also had a storage room for our skis (not secured) and an enclosed garage for our rental car.
