  This hotel definitely wasn't a 4 star. The hotel was clean and the pool was nice, but we wasn't happy when we arrived at 2.00 am and they had overbooked and we had to go to their sister hotel across the road, which was probably a 2/3 star. This is quite common as this has happened to many of the guests we spoke with. The next day we had to wait until the manager arrived. He was very rude when we complained. He shouted and once I shouted back informed me he was going to phone the police. He should have been apologetic, but he wasn't. We didn't get a room until 12.30 pm the day after we arrived, which is totally unacceptable. I spoke with our rep who said as he wanted to keep us happy, then would give us a free safe for the duration and fruit and wine delivered to our room. This however never arrived. This hotel caters more for Russians as we were the only English staying for the duration. If it wasn't for the rude manager as the chap on night duty was so lovely and polite would have rated this higher. I would not return, as there is no guarantee you wouldn't end up in their sister hotel.

  STAY AWAY

  Arrived here at 3am to be told there were no rooms available for another 2 nights. 4 of us, 2 couples ended up sharing a family room for the week. We got into the family room. A balcony to fit 2 small chairs and a huge generator that was scorching hot outside taking up half of the VERY SMALL balcony. Mould and dirt everywhere. Our room was cleaned twice in the whole week. We had to constantly ask for things such as towels and toilet roll. Hotel food is shocking. Rice and chicken every night and is served cold. The bar is made out of wood and serves beer, Fanta, cola, vodka or gin. Nothing more. The eggs in the morning were cooked on the rusty fire pit that was also used to cook the chicken of an evening by the pool, no cleaning involved in any of this process.The pool is dirty and rooms are horrendous. We even debated flying home after the first night. The area is shocking NO ONE speaks English not a word. Everyone laughs at the English at this hotel. The manager was one of the rudest people Ive ever met in my life. He said he had our money so didnt care. Everyday we ate out even though we paid for all inclusive. We are in dispute with the hotel via love holidays and have received £200 financial compensation between the 4 of us. I wouldnt come here if I was paid to and Im not one to moan. This hotel and area has put us off coming back to the country. One day they were cleaning the poolside with thick bleach and brushing it into the drains and some into the pool!!!! Hotel WiFi is non-existent and the bar closes at 10pm, though the Russian music echoes through the whole hotel until 2am. The trip and hotel was absolutely horrendous. The beach was a no go. And if it wasnt for finding an English speaking restaurant 20 minutes down the road we would have flown home and cut our loses. Dont bother!!!!

  Settlement problems

  I highly not recommend going to this hotel. Upon arrival, the administration may inform you that there are no rooms available and take you to another hotel of a lower quality and try to force you to stay there. Two of my friends have a similar situation, one spent the night in the hotel lobby until he got a room, the second got a room through scandal. Do not go there !!!!

  Awful experience

  A No star rating hotel after the experience i had. Awful experience with loveholidays being the agent and the hotel itself. Rude manager & staff being the housekeeping ladies. Night we arrived, out room was given to other guests as they had overbooked. We arrived at 1.30am to be told sorry your room has been given to another guest. Was put in a prison like room, smelt of sewage, 2 tiny window we couldnt even see out of. Complained the next day to the manager. He told me to come back at lunch time, I arrived a-little late and he told me yet again my room was given to someone else again. The facilities were non existent, food was inedible, uncleanliness. Leaking ceilings due to thunderstorms- no slip mats were placed on floor or no hazard signs to warn guests of slippy floors. Shoddy service,awful experience, the agent(loveholidays) have not had the decency to do a follow up after my holiday being as I booked through them, to also finding out theyre has been many people who have had problems with love holidays and the hotel itself. Shocking comes to mind!.. I would advise you not to go to this hotel. I will take this as far as I need to to expose the agent and hotel... I could mention so much more..

  Avoid !!!!! Take notice of all the reviews

  I have nothing positive to say regarding this hotel. I do have a suggestion ..... it should be shut down or at least under new management, anyone considering visiting this place please for your own sake and to save you from wasting your money read other peoples reviews. This hotel looks nice on the photos advertising it but they can not show the truth regarding staff, management, cleanliness, food, condition of this hotel,
