  THEIVES AND HORRIBLE OWNERS

  Do not stay at this hotel its absolutely disgraceful I booked in with my boyfriend and five year old daughter I put my stuff in our room which was suppose to be secure and safe I left money and my daughters tablet and charger I went out for the day came back to find my room open my daughters tablet and money both missing I complained and they told me there is no cctv so they cant do anything I told them I want it replacing or to receive a payment for what has been stolen as I pay money to have my stuff safe and secure in a room then after I said that they told me they didnt want me staying like I was the one who had done something wrong this was around 10/11pm so they kicked us out onto the street with no money stolen goods and nowhere to go freezing on the streets with a young child absolutely disgusting vile human beings

  False advertisement- do not book! Only has 1 star as cant give zero!

  The apartments are run down, upon approach to the accommodation there was a sign telling you to go to a shop to pick up keys which was fine, wasnt far away. The shop was even dirty as was the managers clothes and appearance. The cleaners who were popping in and out also didnt look very clean either. We were shown to our room and although basic (you get what u pay for!) looked reasonably ok. Dropped off our belongings and headed out. Returned approx 11pm to go to bed to find the bed sheet was covered in semen and other bodily fluids. Called the number provided on the rules and stated to them. Manager sent his son round to move us bedrooms and was advised that it was cleaned that morning. Was moved upstairs and the bed was so uncomfortable that neither of us got any sleep and the window was broken so very cold. There was three heaters in the very tiny room and only one oil heater worked. As we eventually got into bed the fire alarm went off (we were the only guests for the first evening!) and upon us leaving the building the son and a cleaning manager was messing around with the fire alarm and from their conversation it sounded as if it was a regular occurance. There is three toilets in total for the 10+ rooms, although the only one on the first floor was broken so all guests had to share two unclean toilets. There are two showers but one doesnt have water supply so unuseable. The other one was not good, I could urinate harder than the pressure of the shower. One rubbish shower for all guests! There was no issues on night two, other than the noisy guests and no one on site to remind them to keep things down. On night three, our last night. We returned to the accommodation to get changed and ready for the evening to find it locked up and inaccessible. Having to go round to the shop to speak to them, it turns out that they were moving us accommodation to another of their flats. We were chauffeured to the original one to collect our belongings and then shown were to go. The room we were given was a family room with two sets of bunk beds which again was uncomfortable, springs had sprung and no sleep was had again due to this and more noisy guests who again were not asked to be quiet. The window in the new room also didnt close and due to the wind etc it was freezing. Asked them about the heating which was apparently on....wonky radiator was freezing cold so given a storage heater to use for the evening. Again two toilets in the whole place for the full amount of guests and only one shower. The overall cleanliness of both places and the shop/office was disgusting. Definitely wont be back or recommending. Owner of 7 different places in Blackpool apparently. This company needs to do serious maintenance and get new cleaners.

  Place is disgusting

  Do not book here , opened the door to what they called a double to a smell that was un earthly, toilet did not work , room had no hot water , sink cracked, shower full of mould , place is absolutley disgusting not fit for animals never mind humans

  Bloody Awful Avoid St All Cost

  When we arrived we could not even enter tried all numbers and all went to answer machine. I was told full refund as they were not ready yet and should not be advertised well they still are. The place looks like a drugs den we booked into the norbreck castle instead and are still awaiting contact from booking.com about the refund. Please save yourself the embarrassment and book somewhere else this place is not fit for animals and should be closed down immediately.

  Do not come here, I beg you! What a tip.

  DO NOT stay at this hotel. The pictures look good, but I can confirm that the hotel is NOT good at all. The place smells so bad, and the rooms are an absolute disgrace. It is an absolute tip! Thank god we went to Raffles hotel instead. The whole place needs demolishing, and the reviews havent changed either, even with new management. Oh dear!
