  Precioso palacio

  Las habitaciones son elegantes, enormes y muy limpias. Nuestra habitación daba al jardín y era muy silenciosa. El desayuno es fantástico, con varias tartas recíén hechas cada día. Son muy amables y volvería sin dudarlo. Está bien situado a 10 minutos andando al centro histórico.

  A great stay!

  Our family of 4 stayed here recently. The apartment was large and really well-equipped, very stylish and comfortable. The extra pieces that are included for small children would be perfect if you were travelling with a baby or toddler. The breakfast was fantastic and service was great. The kitchenette was handy but if you were staying longer than a few days it would nice to have a kettle and a few other utensils. The location is good, 10 minutes walk to the Centro storico. Lots of info for tourists is provided and there are some decent restaurants nearby. One of our favourite hotels out of the many we stayed in on our recent trip!

  Fabulous and spacious

  My husband, son and I stayed in the Apartment with Terrace for 5 nights and loved our stay. The apartment was so spacious, with two bedrooms, a living area, kitchen/dining room and large bathroom with good shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished. Breakfast was good, especially the cakes! We had a car whilst in Lecce and we always got a park out the front (make sure you have coins for the meter). The walk into the old town was an easy 10 or so minutes. Totally recommend staying at Santa Marta.

  Excellent location and accommodation

  We stayed here at the beginning of March for 3 nights. There was an winter sale offer so we booked the apartment at a very good price. We booked and wanted a Junior suite with balcony(at first floor), but we got a family apartment at ground floor( LA SAPORE). We did not say anything since it has a direct door to the public terrace, and as it was off season, there was nobody there and we used it as it was ours. Nice people and good breakfast.

  A little upgrade needed

  We had a massive apartment on the ground floor ,very clean and situated about ten mins from the old town The kitchen had no kettle so expected to boil water in a pan thats ok but ring of cooker too close to surrounding wood work and could easily catch fire There are no mirrors except in bathroom no long mirror to see what you look like or to do your hair .The reception is only open at breakfast where a young man did the food usual continental ,he worked every day ,he did turn up when guests arrived but beware we were charged twenty euros as we had a late check in ,nobody there after six.A big problem was after checking out your locked out we asked if we could leave our cases in reception as being picked up at 6pm ,he said yes he would come back at 5.45 pm When we came back we asked could we use a toilet there is none .do make sure you go to the toilet in town before getting picked up The apartments needed a lick of paint but still nice
