  The beds have ants

  They post they are 5 stars which must be by Local Albanian standards because this hotel has cheap furniture, white pleather frame beds, ants in the rooms/in the bed, no kettle, no room service, no car service, not a great breakfast buffet. But I have to say, the staff do try to go out of their way to be helpful despite the hotel itself. A front desk guy named ardo, upon realising a taxi would not come in time, jumped into his own car to get me to where I needed to go. I really appreciate staff that find solutions. Thats great customer service. Not a fabulous hotel by international standards but probably the best in the area Im guessing...and the bed is nice enough even with a few ants walking around.

  Nice view

  I have been there this summer. It has the perfect view, near the sea, but I didnt like the noise that was there. Maybe i wanted to relax and have a drink for fun. Even the prices were high. I dont think i will go again there

  the best resort in Saranda

  this resort is located far away from the noisy city, it has a good located place frome there you will see saranda and cofru. the beach in this located place is very clear and deep. the hotel is bigger, luxury and offer everything.

  Nice place

  I would recommend it to everyone who wants to have a unforgettable time. We enjoyed our meal and our room view. It was a quiet and fantastic experience for a couple such as we are. There is a special place for youth

  Nice place

  We enjoyed staying here. Food was super delicious and staff was frendly. Beach was clean and quite. It has different areas for youth and families. It has a lot of parking space. Deffenetly would recommend to everyone.
