  Bad Weekend experience

  We drove to Johore Baru to check out Silka Hotel for a forthcoming seminar and were totally disappointed. On arrival, there is no bell boy/doorman or signage on where we can park. Upon enquiry at the front desk we were directed to park at the open air car park at the back! The so called meeting room is in another building (part of the common carpark, shared with residents of a nearby condo). It was on the first floor with no lift - unacessable to the disabled and senior citizens. We were disappointed but on the last day, we witnessed a terrible scene. A guest was checking out and he had parked his car at the entrance to load the bags. While he was waiting for his friend to settle the bill, a staff came up to him and rudely scolded him in front of all of us waiting at the front. He asked the guest to move the car even though he was not blocking any cars and there was not another vehicle in sight. When the guest said, "you can talk to me nicely", the staff yelled even more. I will definitely not use this hotel again. Neither would I recommend it to anyone.

  Pleasant Stay

  Great Hotel, clean rooms. staff. Great location, close to shopping centre. Very friendly and helpful Thank you for the great hospitality from Ms Masziah. Very pleasant stay. Really recommended.Looking forward to my next visit.

  Excellent customer service

  -Room is comfort & clean. -Customer service excellent from all level of staffs. -Parking is convenient. -Perhaps to improve on the hotel style/decoration/layout in the room i.e flooring/wall decoration/lighting -Need to improve on the breakfast.

This email is to inform you in writing that we were very happy with the Hotels' staff treatment at your facilities and would like to take this opportunity to express our fullest satisfaction to Efa and the rest of the Staff (Reception) and FNB Mr Shariff for rendering an excellent service of which they had shown to my family and myself whilst our stayed at Silka Hotel JB.I could see from Day one since Nov 2016 had a great quality,both its comfortable and appropriate facilities, as well as service and constant concern for our comfort and safety.I do always recommend Silka's Hotel to my friends and Business's associates without failed ever since.   Best service hotel

  First time to try this hotel. comfortable room, I was very blessed with an upgrade. i remember the front desk agent named diyan, she is helpful to carry my luggage to my room, very kind and have good attitude. My staycation in silka was great.
