  Stay somewhere else!

  Avoid! The apartment was dusty and dirty and had a terrible smell throughout. The mattress and bedding were filthy and the mattress was completely collapsed. You won't see staff and can't get hold of anyone to complain! Just avoid and stay somewhere else.

  Stayed here for the last couple of days. Was a bit wary after reading reviews on here, although the reviews are better on Booking.com. These apartments are perfect if you want something basic. We used it as a base for Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, which is 15 mins (drive) away. It's just off the major route into Southampton and 10 mins from the docks. Perfect location for St Mary's (Southampton Football statium) or if you want some food in the city centre (West Quay is nice and has loads of options). There are key boxes outside, you'll get a text from the letter on the day you arrive with really easy instructions on how to get the key and get in. There's also a key deposit box by the front door for when you're going home, so that's all really straight forward. The apartment was clean and tidy. The cleaner had missed the mirrors on the wardrobe in the main bedroom, which was a bit dusty and made me a bit wary after some of the more negative reviews, but besides that minor point, the rest of the apartment was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped with crockery, etc. The Wi-Fi was really strong. The apartment we were in had an en suite off the main family bedroom, which made things much easier. Overall, we would use the apartments again if we ever go back. Don't take too much notice of the negative reviews. It is what it is, it isn't a 5 star hotel, it's a reasonably priced, clean and tidy apartment with everything you need for a couple of days away as a family.

  Amplios apartamentos

  Apartamento de dos habitaciones y dos cuartos de baño completos. Tambien tiene un balcon. Muy amplio y luminoso. En la misma puerta para el bus de la linea 1 que te lleva al centro del pueblo ( a 4 kms ) en el que hay decenas de tiendas, decenas de bares y restaurantes y 2 centros comerciales. La entrada de la autopista para ir a Londres esta a 800 m. Y a unos 1000 m, hay un parque enorme en que podras correr o ir en bici. Recomendable al 100%

  Clean apartment

  The apartment was great and all as described. Good location for the university. Buses nearby for town centre. Close to M27, M3 for travel to the New Forest, historic Winchester. Clean and tidy accommodation.

  Two clients two days

  Stayed here for two clients meetings very comfortable and perfect for my clients first one enjoyed the sofa very much !ideal for my session good value and clean basic but good space to stretch out ! Handy for late big shops
