  Value for money

  Although not right on the beach, this hotel is just across the road about a 1 min walk in an excellent location, and yet is only about half the price of the equivalent beach properties.The staff are courteous and friendly and the rooms, although basic, are spacious, clean and comfortable.Reception is not 24hr, so when I checked out early in the morning I was unable to have my 500THB key deposit refunded, but to my surprise I received an apologetic email the same day and have since had my deposit refunded.Hows that for service - pretty good i'd say!

  Good location , clean and good wifi.

  Quite Basic rooms but all you need as its only for sleeping right?! Beds arnt too hard which is great and aircon is quiet. Good wifi connection. Great location. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Does the job.

  Think twice !!!!!!

  We booked last minute as very limited on island due to new year and had very little choice. Looked OK and read well on Internet sites, but once arrived and shown room, very Dissapointed. Not only the room but whole experience of hotel. I appreciate new year and rate high, but paid well too much, even high season only worth no more than 300 baht. If reading this please think before booking, it's not worth it, there are much better places on island even basic with fan. Air con a joke, toilet not working properly, noisy from bars, very unclean, some staff unfriendly, well over priced..

  Just go to another hotel.

  That's all I have to say. We booked a "luxury bedroom" for 2000 b a night. When we got there the room was dirty, small and looked nothing like the picture. Some of the stuff was living in the rooms next to us. We tried to communicate with the staff and explain that the pictures didn't correspond the reality. A lady who defined herself as the owner of the hotel just denied to talk to me and told us just to cancel and go away. We booked the room 4 days before the arrival, and a couple we talked to who booked it a day before got the room we had booked, for almost a 1000 cheaper. It is clear that this ppl Overbrook the hotel and play dumb for not taking responsability. The stuff would be laughing at our face and/or yell at us. After both me and my boyfriend got impatient for the continuous discussions that went on for 2 hours, we ended up canceling from the hotel and got our stay in a new and much nicer one! Do yourself a favor and make sure you book the room for the money you pay.

  this is no no

  it looks like clean but not sure it's well managed and maintained. There was no water supply during our stay for two days which was very annoying. They play loud live music during night time, and the right next building was under construction so it was not so quiet place to stay. It was cheap option in the center of White Sand Beach area but we will not stay here again.
