  Good food, good swimming, LOUSY Room

  Guests are apparently shown to a poor room first and then pay for an upgrade. Our upgrade has no shower walls so we have to mop the floor after showering. Service is adequate but not great. The food is good, no complaints, the swimming is great. There is no beach but two decks to sun on, one out over the water. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby for $5 per day but internet is free if you sit at the counter and hook up to their cable one person at a time. Phone calls are $11 we found out after the fact when presented with an $88 bill for trying unsuccessfully to make a call to a local bank. We refused to pay and they now have a sign up by the desk phone.

  Good quiet place for rest with family

  There are was my first time in other country and first time in a hotel also. Staff there good and friendly. At first day we got room with view on hall, where people walking to their rooms.We asked to change room and staff helped us with it next morning. We moved to better room with good view on the sea and with 2 beds. Wi-Fi is free just for 1 day, then you need to pay 5 $ per 3 days if you want use Internet. Hotel is situated very close to the sea. There no beach, but two sunbathing areas and pier. Food is tasty, but if you overslept and missed breakfast you will stay hungry until dinner. Every morning working entertainment group, wich arrange morning work out and aqua aerobic. In the evening they do funny shows. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for young couples or companies of friends, because that hotel has quiet and relaxing atmosphere,not much loud music. Sumela Garden is good for rest with family.
