  despues de tener un mes reservado por agencia de viajes este hotel ,resulta que a 2 dias de ir a phuket me lo cancelan y me envian a otro hotel diciendo que habia inundaciones en el hotel en pleno verano de phuket que estabamos a 32grados jajajajajajjaja y me cambian a 1 sin piscina ni nada al lado de bangla road y el hotel de al lado en obras ,no dormia hay ni el tato hasta las 4 de la madrugada y a las 8am otra vez los obreros del hotel de al lado llego al hotel allano phuket a verlo y estaba en perfecto estado, le pregunto a la chica de recepcion y dice que no habia ningun problema en reservar habitacion y yo con el voucher del hotel en la mano y le pregunto que porque me han cambiado de hotel y me dice que no lo sabe que el hotel esta perfecto y si que habia habitaciones total que yo es mi 4 vez en phuket y me daba igual por que mis vacaciones no me las iban a fastidiar ellos me cancelaron la reserva para subirlo de precio de 40euros a 165euros la noche que habia 2 habitaciones en hotels .com para reserrvar sinverguenzas es lo que son no tiene otra palabra asi no es la gente en thailandia es amable y humilde esto es 1 aviso a los demas miembros 1saludo

  So disappointed of the place! We booked this hotel thru booking.com and the rate given was 4 star! The place is filthy and stinky! Theres no ac by the lobby and where the lift is, its smells like toilet! I dont recommend this to people. Me and my friends didnt even sleep as find cockroaches inside our room. We booked our holiday here for 2 weeks then ended up staying in this hotel for 1 night. Dont be fooled by the pictures that you see on booking.com from this hotel.

  Budget hotel with roof top swimming pool

  Located in the patong area. Walking distance to Bangla Street nothing much about this hotel but I like the staff super friendly. The room Is enough for 3 of us stay .The room clean and tidy.i will back to Phuket and will stay at this hotel.

  Not worth staying

  I had booked Allano Hotel Phuket through booking.com considering that its a 3 star hote and had a kitchenette essential for us, the veggie family. On seeing the room, I was shocked to see the pathetic state of room (so called apartment) The kitchenette had hardly any utencils, the stoves, utencils and spoons were dirty and worn out. The bedroom window literally opened into another building with hardly any option of fresh air. The bathroom was leaking and had no exhaust. The property is also a joint property with Hallo Hotel. Didnt use the TV. The free breakfast was a complete sham. I had booked for 5 days but had to leave the very next morning seeing this state and had to book another hotel. I had to pay a huge panalty for cancelling. Would advise anyone travelling with family against booking this property. Some of the pics I am sharing below

  NOT SAFETY AND BAD HOTEL POLICY

  Booked using booking.com. After checked out, wanted to make review about the Hotel, the property immediately click cancelled as if i did not turn up. When i called the Property, they claimed its Hotel Policy that everytime when customer booked they have to cancel after check out. What NONSENSE? Are u trying to save your 5star just bcos i wanted to write bad review? I dont always review or Complaint but this is too much. 1 of the staff, by the name of elly went into my room without any permission when both parents not in the room, shouting at my kids, knocking hard at my door and kicking my door. Not only that, she keep saying vulgaraties to my kids. How could u say that to your Customer? How could u go into the room without out Permission even so if my kids is so noisy or playful? What kind of service this? Where is the safety in this Hotel? How can i trust this Hotel if u were keep cancelled the looking once After we check out...
