  Stayed at this hotel many years before new owners took it over so happily booked again for July and another stay in November. Fortunately booked through booking.com and money wasnt taken when, like others, It was suddenly cancelled- the first time about 2 days before!

  Comfy and friendly

  Tim and Vicky are friendly and welcoming hosts. They are fully covid aware with procedures in place to protect their guests. Good choice at breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent location for the beach and getting to other local attractions.

  lovely new management

  Stayed at the Brandize Guest House just as new owners Tim and Vicky opened up. lovely rooms, all clean and friendly, while being covid safe in all possible areas. breakfast is nice too. local area is full of nice places to eat and visit so would recommend

  Super friendly and welcoming

  Such a lovely clean guest house, especially as tim and vicky have only just opened we booked as a group of 6 coming down to torquay for one night , all our rooms were lovely and clean and the breakfast was delish , especially the pastries we would definitely stay again ...   Great hotel, clean, comfortable and friendly

  We've been usure about travelling due to the pandemic, I work as NHS staff and whilst not scared for myself, I'm worried about unknowingly making patients unwell. I was so glad that we stayed at the Brandize Guest House. Vicky could not have been more helpful and along with her partner Tim is doing a very well organised job of running / managing the guest house. Nothing was too much, very organised systematic and reassuring. The room was very comfomfortable, very clean. Lots of thoughtful small touches. Lots of choice for breakfast, perfectly cooked. It's in a great position, very easy walk into the harbour front, and close to the lovely Abbey Gardens that you can walk through on your way to the harbour. We will recommend to family and friends.
