  Limpieza, amabilidady un encanto especial

  Viajamos a Bournemouth para visitar a nuestro hijo, que trabaja allá, Nos encantó la estancia y la limpieza del hotel. El personal es amabilísimo y muy profesional, atento y muy discreto, y en su mayoría hablan español, La habitación era cómoda y bonita, y la ubicación del hotel es excelente, a pocos minutos del centro y de la zona de tiendas y restaurantes. Desayuno estupendo y todo, hasta la decoración, basado en la cultura del chocolate. Hotel tipo boutique muy recomendable. Sin duda, para regresar de nuevo.

  Atención excelente en hotel desastre

  Es una pena que gente tan agradable y eficiente en este hotel desastre. Alquilamos varias habitaciones porque eramos un grupo y menos 1, todas tenian algun problema. Olía mal, bañeras pequeñas sin cortina o mampara para no mojar todo el baño. Nuestro baño se inundó porque las cañerías estaban mal. Y al irnos del hotel había una gotera en la entrada. Las fotos que aparecen en internet no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Por otro lado debo decir que el personal fue muy amable con nosotros e intentaron buscar opciones de maneta muy eficiente.

  Surprised to see

  Just got back from a weekend staying here. We only ever using the hotel as a base to visit my daughter so the fact that the hotel had a chocolate theme was never really the appeal but having looked now at some of the pictures people have put on I've discovered that there was a chocolate-themed bar and a separate sitting area! You see we never knew this as we were never shown it! If the gentlemen on reception would have had the time/decency to inform us we would have used the facilities. From what we saw in our room which were chocolate bed linen and towels we wondered why there was a fuss for the hotel. Our room was right at the front so we had no reason to walk through so we were none the wiser. Blimey! Could he not have shown us around. Talk about feel cheated. I see I have to score for amenities, well it will have to be a low score.

  An amazing find

  We were so lucky after being let down by another booking. We dealt with Vicky who couldnt do enough for us - she was amazing and made the stay so enjoyable for us - shame the restaurant wasnt functioning but we will be back again and again - thank you Vicky!

  Chocolate boutique hotel

  We visited this hotel it was clean and welcoming. My husband chose a Deluxe room. Upon arriving at the accommodation and taking the keys to the room I must admit I am not sure about the deluxe part. No wardrobe, dark room and to be honest it needed some money spending on it. Please dont be led as we were by the fab photos it is Very mis leading. Disappointed as bar wasn't open, no breakfast facility which was a shame with the situation as it is with covid 19. You could get a breakfast in a bag £9.00 that has got to be a rip off surely. The garden is pleasant again needs some money spending on it.The owners are very friendly and very helpful. Overall our stay was ok but its really a B & B not a hotel.
