  Decent rooms but no hospitality

  GOOD: In banjara hills which is one of the best location in hyderabad though a bit in the interior. Rooms are of decent sized and maintained well. BAD: I reached the hotel at 7 in the morning and they said early checkin is chargeable and charges were 1/3rd of the room cost just for 2hrs before checkin time. I went out for a troll and they gave the room to another person who came after me which wasnt acceptable. The room provided to me was too gloomy as it was on first floor with a building in front of my window and I had the parking lot view. I askrd them for another room which was available exactly opp to my room but they said its booked. TV in the room did not work and they asked me to shift the room at night which i wasnt too comfortable as I had to leave early in the morning. Food ordered was of good quantity but the taste was pathetic. Overall not a very pleasant stay. I am sure there are better hotels in gachbowli area with same or lesser rates.

  Great Vegetarian Food

  Visited with family for vegetarian food. It was a pleasure to know that you not only get South Indian food but you also can have North Indian as well as Jain food. When we wanted some dishes without onion and garlic, they offered Jain food, which was very tasty. As such North Indian food and South Indian foods are superb at Chutneys. One must try innovative dishes / names in South Indian menu. One more thing I must write here is the quality of service is very good. The person taking order would be always willing to guide you what and how much you should order. Superb experience.

  Buget hotel

  We stayed in this hotel in nov. 2018.This is a budget hotel. Don't expect any luxury atomsphere. This is a very simple hotel. We found a deal around RS 2000 for premium room on goibibo. which is little bit higher side. This is very small hotel. Little bit inside from main road no.12 but it is not a problem. You can get ola/Uber/auto easily.hotel don't have live restaurant. Only room service. And for breakfast every day menu is same (idli/medu wada/roti-potato sabji/ bread butter). Room cleanness is ok. Hotel don't have good view either side. Only front side room have balcony. Staff was good. Provide good service. Reception counter person are also curtious & helpful.mr. abhiram provide us very good assistance. paradise biryani take way counter is 10-15 min. Wakeble distance. Karachi bakery outlet is nearby. AnyOne can try ala-liberty restaurant only for a la carte.

  Good hotel

  We were stayed 2 days in this hotel. It was very pleasant experience for us. Best room service and easy reachable service people. They are maintaining the environment very well. Definitely a must have hotel in banjara hills
