  "Excellent Hotel"

  I stayed this January 2010 at Greenway Hotel - Xiamen as a guest of the All China Youth Federation-Xiamen. The hotel services is excellent, rooms are okay. Breakfast is served through buffet style and offers a wide selection of Chinese and Western food. Xie Xie

  New hotel for group tourists

  Good: Room is big and clean. Location good and very close to railway station with a Walmart. Small sea food resturants arround. The bathroom scale is always showing about 1kg lighter, which makes people happy. The hotel is quite new and located in a community so you can have a quite night. Area of improvement: Window view is boring. WIFI is very slow and unstable at 8F. Using the wire lan is recommended. TV is small. Only shower no bath. The bathroom vent is always on and a bit noisy at night. The mattress is very stiff for me and there is no pillow choices. Sauna/Gym has not been built and no pool. Breakfast for group guests are disappointing.

  Older a Hotel with reasonable price

  We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel in Xiamen, China as part of our Fu Jin tour. The hotel is located in an older residential/commercial area of the city. The property I judged to be at least a couple of decades old. The room was adequate for our purpose and the price we paid was reasonable at about $50US per night. The rate includes breakfast for two at the coffee shop. The breakfast was fine but was not at the highest quality. The choices are adequate but not plenty. The a Chinese restaurant on the 21st floor is great with reasonable prices. The food was fresh and cooked nicely for the two times we ate there. I would rate the hotel adequate if you do not want to spend a lot of money for your hotel.

  Moldy Wallpapers and hard bed

  Relatively affordable hotel with 'ok' breakfast buffet, nothing to shout about. Walk out from the hotel to the main road, there are 5 different cafe's that serves decent coffee and tea. Go to their top floors, banquet ballroom, can enjoy the nice city scenery

  Spacious old hotel with so so amenities

  Stayed for 2 night at the hotel. Room.was pretty spacious with business suite glass table. Additional comfy sofa which is nice. TV wise pretty boring and no cable TV so was not occupied in the room. The area is pretty secluded, hidden behind blocks of apartments. The main road nearby has a supermarket and some cafe, however nothing much to shop and buy in the area. Would need to cab out to other area if looking for shopping. Night walk from main Road is still pretty safe. Especially with a police station nearby.
