  Superb Dining Experience

  I have been dining at the Jenkins Inn Restaurant for many years, sometimes a couple times per year...and sometimes leaving a gap of several years. Regardless of time gone by, the quality of the dining is always consistent. Superb cuisine lovingly prepared and presented. And, attention to the little things that make for exceptional service. The decor is friendly and really pleasant, making dining a special occasion. I love this restaurant. On my last visit, I was hosted by a friend as a birthday treat. I chose three-onion soup gratinee for my first course. This was followed by a salad with an emphasis on locally grown produce. My entree was a pair of quail that were perfectly cooked. Quail can be very difficult for any chef. Just two minutes too long in the oven, and they come out dry. These were perfect - served with Jasmine rice and a medley of stewed tomatoes, zucchini, and onions. I only wish I had room for dessert. My friend was equally happy with his steak cooked to perfection. I heartily recommend this marvelous restaurant to any and all. Because of limited capacity, reservations are essential. Enjoy!

  Cozy and lovely

  We recently stayed at the Jenkins Inn (in their suite) and the experience was perfect. Restful, great service, beautiful clean rooms, balconies (2!), and a superb breakfast. If you're looking for a place to stay in Central Massachusetts, I highly recommend this wonderful place.

  Lovely B&B!

  If you like B&B's this one is lovely. Full of charm, over the top attention to detail, spotlessly clean, and loads of nooks and crannies to explore. The outdoor garden is full of beautiful plantings, with water fountain here, trellis there, a porch swing, statuary... I enjoy sitting out on a porch, and it has plenty of seating. The hosts are really easy to talk with, know the history of the area, and serve a delicious breakfast of your choice! First time here, and not disappointed in the least! Wondeful!

  Rest and Relaxation in a Friendly Atmosphere

  Recently returned from another great stay at The Jenkins Inn! We have been coming here for over 20 years, sometimes as a couple for a romantic getaway, and sometimes along with our two dogs. We have stayed in the Garden View Room, The Parlor Room, and the Sunrise Suite, and all were lovely. The suite is great a nice way to spoil yourself. The atmosphere of the inn is so relaxing - it is beautifully kept, and the food is always fabulous. A stroll through their lovely gardens is a must after enjoying one of their delicious breakfasts. The innkeepers Joe and David are very welcoming to both us and our dogs, and the inn has become to feel like a second home to us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

  Lovely Dinner

  My husband and I went for dinner 9/18. We had planned to dine outdoors do to the Covid, but there was a cold snap and the owners were able to accommodate us inside, in the charming bar room. We arrived at opening time hoping to avoid the crowd, and were lucky, we did. The other diners that came in later were seated in the main dining room. We loved the linen table cloths, glassware, and refinement of the establishment as well as the kindness shown to us by the owner/server. This was not our first time here nor it will be the last. We so enjoyed "dressing up a bit" more than we have the last few months. Dinner and appetizers were delightful as were the accompanying drinks from their fine offerings. It was a wonderful night out! This is an actual B & B but we just went to dinner there as we were staying in the area. The Inn is quite charming.
