  We have historically stayed at this BB. It was precious. However, it has been sold and the historical charm is simply gone. The rooms are so plain, again the historical charm is gone. The breakfast could be improved. The eggs were cooked in an oven, unknown if microwaved, and it was an over cooked one quarter inch something. Of course the cereal and toast couldn't be messed with via cooking. Thankfully. We were hungry. There was nobody present. We had to call somebody for the code to enter and get to our room. Simply, this BB does not rank a 4 or a five, not anymore. The real thing is GONE.

  Amazing BnB

  We found this place on TripAdvisor when we were on our road trip. It was such an amazing experience. The main building was quiet and it was an easy walk to a breweries. The breakfast was yummy and the staff were kind. We will defn be back!

  Fantastic B&B in Albuquerque

  Our best B&B experience ever. Great location within easy walking distance to downtown Albuquerque. Beautiful estate home with the charm of over a century ago, but in fantastic condition. The parlor with TV and fireplace is so relaxing. The beds are luxurious and it would be hard to get out of them in the morning if not for the wonderful breakfast that awaits. To top it all off, the owners, Leigh or Stephanie, are so friendly and a delight to meet and talk with. Highly recommended!

  WELCOME HOME!!! Fabulous B&B

  Beautiful, Gorgeous historic home with charming surroundings. The warmth and kindness of hosts Leigh and Stephanie was heartfelt as soon as we walked in. Yummy muffins as we checked in and my husband enjoyed the brew! Our room was lovely, comfy bed and pillows and wingback chairs to watch TV. A very scrumptious breakfast (awesome breakfast burritos!) in the inviting sunny breakfast room. Everything was PERFECT!!! We could not have asked for a better experience. We only had a short walk to explore Old Town Albuquerque and so much enjoyed walking the historic neighborhood that Mauger Estate is a part of. This place is a true gem; a very special delightful home that we will always remember! This is the only place you ever need to stay at when visiting Albuquerque. We were so fortunate to have discovered our home away from home. If I could give a ton more stars I would. THANK YOU Leigh and Stephanie!!! And hugs to Neptune and Llilly!

  Unwind to engage at beautiful Mauger B&B

  A beautiful jewel, for sure. Our first stay at a B&B has converted us! Exceptionally personable and engaging Staff is evident as soon as you enter. Kudos to Stephanie, Bradley and Jenni. Any room on second floor is deluxe, one with balcony, each with singular style and all with comforting amenities. Custom breakfast selections, daily fresh baked goods for snacking. Great local advise to meet travelers needs included. Location is perfect for bikes (available on site) and hikes. Convenient access (just blocks) to Old Town, Downtown, business, art, zoo, quality restaurants, and tons of parks. Both indoor and outdoor gathering areas to mingle or quietly unwind. Dog friendly, too! We will return as soon as possible, hopefully for balloon festival in the fall!
