  Nightmare,,

  It was the worst stay,, the bathroom was broken, bed is uncomfortable, the food was awful,, and the air conditioner was not working!!! There was no water boiler in the room,, It should be a one star hotel !!!

  Bad experience with the Thermalium hotel

  Bad experience with the Thermalium hotel I do not advise to this hotel. Mineral water pool was unclean. No body come to clean our room, even after we asked the receptionist to just change towels but they did not do it.

  Very good

  Very Friendly staff (Ali, Matin, Yusuf), very good spa services, excellent location in the mountain near Termal Yalova, very good breakfast, available parking spaces, I will recommend for a family peaceful relaxing vacation

  Excellent location. Poor management.

  The hotel is in a beautiful location and is itself beautiful. It sits on an elevation with a lake nearby in a small, quiet village with nice people (and lots of nice dogs). There are several cool things to see nearby. Vadi Yalova has excellent barbecue with a scenic view, and there's a nice creek and waterfall close by, with small souvenir and tea shops right on the creek. There's a village within walking distance. The rooms are spacious. There are balconies everywhere with beautiful views from three sides. Everything was clean, neat and comfortable. People were nice. The bad side: The rooms were never cleaned, even after requesting. The food selection was really really tiny, and the food was cold and horrible. Everyone goes to Vadi Yalova to eat. Talking with other guests showed we all shared the same experience. Our sunscreen appears to have been stolen also. Would I go back? Yes, because the people were nice. If you take the path downwards toward the lake, you'll find an abandoned part of the hotel that has a South Ossetia ex-Soviet ambience. It's a cool place to explore. I needed an electrical adapter plug, so I walked to the village. I saw a minimarket. Walking in, I thought I'd made a mistake. All the shelves and walls were empty. There was nothing there. Yet, a girl was there, sitting at the clerk's desk. I went up to her and showed her a photo on my phone (I don't speak Turkish). Miraculously, on the shelf right next to her were three plugs. There was nothing else on the shelf. I bought two of the plugs. I looked around. There was literally nothing inside the store. I felt like I were tripping. What were the chances that a tiny village in the middle of nowhere would contain a minimarket that would contain only 3 electrical adapter plugs? Strange! I tried to express my astonishment and ask her why she kept the store open when it contains nothing, but the language barrier prevented any sort of communication. She just smiled while I wondered if she were real or a figment of my imagination. I was still pinching myself when I left. That's another reason for going back, to visit this store. It's the closest store to the hotel.

  I liked the hotel(thermalium hotel) so much

  Thanks to hotel's stuff they were so helpful. Excellent hotel with nice view. Everything was good, pools were clean, food was enough in breakfast and dinner and was clean as well, SPA department was amazing clean and well organized .I recommend everyone to visit the hotel. Thanks for MR/Rifaat and MR/Metin. I want to repeat my holiday in thermalium hotel again.
