  Worst hotel, back of now where

  Avoid this place at all costs. Just returned from two nights. It is nowhere near any other amenities as such you have to eat in their restaurant. Food is okay. Didn't swim in the pool as it looked cloudy and dirty, picture of the pool on this website was the reason for choosing this place, very disappointing. Over priced for what you get and should only be a two star. Rooms clean and gardens very nice. Rubbish all over the roads and air filled with stench of dead fish. Taxi from ferry to this hotel cost 500,000 dong, took 35 mins in taxii each way. Once there you can't go anywhere because there are no taxis, no motorbikes to hire only push bikes and then nothing to see anyway. Beach nice but overall hotel very run down.

  Good stay.

  First impression is the warm welcome of receptionists. We did not have booking in advance. But we decided to stay there because of the great attitude from staff. The resort is right at the beach and it seems the cleanliness beach in Long Hai area. The room is nice but aircon and piping system need to be improved. Great attitude from reception men to security guards, technician as well as pool attendant. They are very warm, friendly and attentively. Good rate. Will comeback!

  Team building here is not a good idea

  I know I shouldn't expect too much with that price. It's just vnd1,500,000/room But I hope it will be better in next year after upgraded. We were not lucky because they are reparing right now. No spa, no water sports, less staffs (but the boy who works in the restaurant was so friendly and helpful) plus point just because of him. The pool is kind of small but clean. Breakfast was so terrible with alot of flies around.

  Overpriced, shabby , mildew hotel

  What a waste of money and relax! This place ruined our staying, despite of a friendly staff, the conditions of our room and the hotel in general are NOT good as claimed. We had to change the first room assigned because of lots of water stain on the walls and a very bad mould smell. Assigned then to the deluxe we been asked to pay for the upgrade (ah ah ah) of course we refused then the manager finally approve it. Even this room had issues! Tons of mildew on the bath curtains, cant believe it. This place need a general rework at least , my advice is to STAY OUT of this place.

  Worst place ever

  Terrible place to visit with agressive staff, lots of tricks to charge for extra money. Swear with the god, i will never comback this place, ive visited many beautiful resorts across vietnam, from normal one to luxury one but this place really impressed me with their terrible stuff/services. Finally, just a big NO for everyone having plan to visit this hell
