  Not what it seems, beware!

  Not sure where to begin. I was looking for a 'budget' hotel/apartment, for a medium length stay, (30 days). This place certainly fits the description as 'budget'. NO frills, nothing special. Kept fairly clean, but let down by lack of attention by all departments within the hotel. Facilities: Gym - dusty room, with one old running machine, which had seen better days, and one or two loose weights. They used a room, not a purpose built facility. Restaurant - Below average quality. Desk Staff - Poorly trained in customer service. Inattentive and sullen. Cleaners - Reasonable. Generally there is potential to have a nice hotel/apartment, but I found the following problems: Towel rails falling off the wall. Lights in rooms failing. Curtains falling off the rails and not able to open/close properly. The room safe was not secured to a fixed structure and batteries needed changing immediately upon checking in. TV in room was old and poor screen. Drains in kitchen and bathrooms, gave off a very bad smell. Sofa material was matted with previous occupants hair and stained badly. Balcony sliding door would not lock. Towels seemed clean, but were old and tatty. The floor from the apartment above was leaking water. Use of cheap electrical 3 pin, to 2 pin converters, which melted and were a huge fire hazard. Condiments in room were poor, (tea/coffee etc). NO PARKING, only adjacent waste ground which was full of RATS, literally. At night they could be seen quite clearly. Only two redeeming features: 1. Cheap. 2. Good views of Ajman seafront, (we stayed on 15th floor).

  Xmas celebrations

  Very nice hotel all staff are friendly its like I stay 2 days I feel like its my home.hotel is near to beach.if you get beach view room then it will be the best.fine dining restaurant is there.try their beef steak its awsome

  Cheap but not fancy

  You get what you pay for. I didn't really like it or suggest it for anyone who wants to have an forgettable experience in their staying. The only thing about it is that the price is decent. Room wasn't clean and smell bad. Hotel near the beach. No breakfast.

  Relaxing experience

  Great hotel with perfect facilities. Clean and spacious rooms with amazing view of the beautiful Ajman, Arabian gulf and Cornich. Thanks to the entire team who made our stay memorable. Very highly recommended for family relaxation holiday.

  cheap and Value for money

  Room was fair with cheaper prices compared to similar category hotels in ajman. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not the right place. Rooms were good looking but not fancy.Necessary facilities like fridge, water heater and coffee, tea, milk sachets were available. Bathrooms were very clean with a pair of clean towels available. Over all better place for a normal stay at a cheaper price.
