  Perfecto

  Hola en Diciembre del 2009 pase una Semana alojado en este Hotel y como calidad precio excelente. Para esta prosima Primavera tengo programado pasar otra Semana y me alojare otra vez en el mismo. Un saludo para todo el servicio por el buen trato recibido. ANDONI

  Bien comparado con lo demás

  No es un hotel de lujo ni el personal es fuera de serie, pero no debemos olvidarnos de donde estamos. No hablan mucho inglés por lo que es complicado explicar lo que quieres. El desayuno es lo que ellos te den, al igual que la cena, porque no tienen menú o carta. El cocinero es gracioso, va vestido de calle, pero cocina bien. No pudimos pagar con tarjeta por un problema técnico, por lo que tuvimos que sacar Cash en el último momento...

  Impressive first impression but.....

  At first we were impressed with the elegant and sophisticated decorations all white furnishings with red carpets but the hotels services were often disappointing. There were no elevators. In our room there was a liquid soap dispenser beside the washbasin and 15 to 20 packets of shampoo, but there was no soap in the shower. The toilet did not flush and when I told this to the receptionist, he replied why? The buffet breakfast offered a very limited choice. For over 20 minutes we saw no restaurant personnel, then the hotel receptionist happened to pass through and seemed very surprised when we said we would like coffee and tea. The coffee and tea arrived rapidly. Wi-Fi worked very well in the room. We are undecided as to whether we would choose to stay at this hotel again.

  Beautiful hotel to stay while you are in Elbasan. Everything is clean and food is delicious. They have a lovely outside area with a great bar where you can enjoy the breakfast the coffee and of course the sun. We did enjoy it there. There is also a small corner for children to play while you enjoy your coffee. Thanks, we will be back.

  A really nice hotel

  When we wanted to visit Albania for a football match in Elbasan, we decided to stay at the Univers Hotel. It was a good decision, not everything worked perfectly first time but overall it was an excellent experience. The room we had was comfortable and had everything you need. The bathroom, although small, was good with a shower that was hot and powerful. A mixup with reception was sorted out with good grace and we were given lunch- which was excellent - to compensate us for our inconvenience. The staff were, unfailingly helpful, even to the extent of sewing a button back on my trousers, I only asked if the they had a needle and cotton! I would recommend that hotel to anyone visiting Elbasan.
