  TERRIBLE

  the staff is terrible and they are impolite. the food is always cold. the water of the swimming pool is never clean and people even pee on it. the prices are to high for what they serve. the manager is one unprofessional person. I wouldn't recommended this place not in a million years

  Waste of money & worst place to chose

  Out of internet and tv signal! Poor service & pool smell like septic tank! Breakfast is big joke offered from hotel! Definitely worth place to go for this price! Im shocked with this offer. Kids activity what the hell!!!

  Great Value for Money

  I was open minded after reading some comments on T/A .However the criticism I read proved totally unfounded. The room was fine ,balcony overlooking the pool and beaches, breakfast fresh and hot with no complaints,Restauarant opposite beach was excellent 2 course + half a litre of wine £8.80,staff friendly. On the leisure side a choice of a really good clean pool or sunbeds and parasols on the hotels own private beach. Deluxe double room with all amenities inc breakfast £59 per night.

  Restaurant service

  Service in the restaurant is very good. I was in vacations for 7 days and i have eat every day in the restaurant. I was very satisfied with the service, food and the prices of the menu. I will return next year too

  Best place in Albania

  Best place in Albania. Very friendly staff and very delicious food. I strongly recommend this place for family vacations or just to eat lunch or dinner in a sea view place. Fish and pizzas are really good. We return to Vela every summer.
