  TERRIBLE HOTEL WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

  - Towels given to us were dirty EVERYDAY. Brown/grey stains on parts of towel. Towels r so used & worn out that they're overall murky looking yet the hotel did nt replace these with new towels. - Room is EXTREMELY dirty. Stains on wall, floor is dirty, table tops disgusting (felt like no one cleaned it ever). Corners r infested with bugs and cobwebs. Baby cockroaches seen on dressing table, toilet, cups. Uncleared trash frm previous stays. - Room is NOT sound proof at all. Corridors noisy EVERYDAY, especially during bed times eg. 7am, 12am-4am. People screaming outside. Doors are not equipped with door closers (to minimise noise when closing doors), hence there were disturbing sounds of people slamming their doors ALL THE TIME. - The room itself was also noisy- loud vent in toilet and there were intermittent buzzing engine sounds. - Housekeeping is extremely slipshod - sheets are nt made, toilet paper nt refilled properly, cups nt washed. - Room did nt have "Do not disturb" tag. - Water heater doesn't work well. Water temperature fluctuates back and forth from extremely hot to cold while showering. - Air con controller was faulty on the first night of our stay. - Room was very very dark. Ceiling light in room fused, one of toilet light fused as well.

  comfortable and good location

  Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel location is near to main shopping malls and easily access from mrt station. The hotel room is small and without windows. Its new design with glass wall of the bath room(non sea through). The room is clean, bed sheath is fresh but the air is a bit damp as there is no window. Hot water supply is stable, air condition is functioning well. But the parking is expensive, it is 15ringgit per entry and 40 ringgit for whole night. So i just park somewhere outside the hotel front compound.All and all its worth the money for a budget hotel and the location.

  Terrible

  Terrible soundproofing. Receiptionist always missing and not friendly. Bedsheets not cleaned properly. Hard to find carpark and expensive. Traffic was terrible. Nearby foods were expensive. Not a good choice if you're looking for a budget place to stay.

  At the centre of Bukit Bintang

  The hotel is just steps away from Pavilion KL (exactly you just need to cross from Pavilion KL and walk straight) and Alor Street food. With affordable price for budget traveller, I recommend this. Staff are nice, but room is average (you can't expect more if it costs you less than Rp 500K per night).

  Cheap Hotel, best location, not very clean room

  The hotel is very cheap, room is spacious, no window for my booking , not too clean aka dirty. But the location is perfect, room is spacious, bathroom ok, the water preassure is good. Staff is nice. But because the wall is so thin , i can hear everyone pas through in front of my room. Not too quiet, noisy when people around.
