  Tan nuevo y moderno que el personal aún no estaba bien entrenado.

  La estructura del hotel es evidentemente nueva, el personal muy amable pero con ciertas deficiencias que con un poquito más de experiencia se podrá pulir y llegar al nivel que desean. Se nota el esfuerzo de los entrenadores sobre los entrenados con mucha facilidad. Lamentablemente en Shenyang no es muy fácil conseguir a personas que hablen el inglés de forma fluida y bien pronunciado pero en eso también se nota el esfuerzo que le están dedicando. Me fue de mucha ayuda el pedir me escribieran lo que no les entendía y fue solo así que lo logre. En pocas palabras denle un año más y tendrán un hotel de primera!! En relación a las habitaciones les comento que al ser nuevas disfrutan de todas las comodidades de un hotel 5 estrellas. Cama King Size con lencería de primera, almohadas cómodas (ofrecen menú de almohadas), mini bar y una serie de accesorios presentes en la habitación, acompañados con su lista de precios que obviamente son más costosos que en la calle. Caja fuerte, plancha y mesa de planchar. Los toma-corrientes de la habitación son compatibles con los formatos norteamericanos y europeos (no Reino Unido) en 240Vac. El baño consta de ducha y bañera separadas, un lavamanos amplio, peso (para controlar lo que comes) secador de pelo, un solo toma-corriente de 120V (estándar norteamericano). El hotel cuenta con un bufe bien amplio donde se puede disfrutar de una gran variedad de platos tanto locales como internacionales. También ofrece un restauran japonés. Este hotel está ubicado a escasos metros del centro comercial Wanda Place donde pueden conseguir en su último piso otras opciones para comer, casi todo el piso es de restaurantes en caso que las opciones del bufe del hotel no les complazca. Ofrecen servicios de limusina y taxis.

  Subtle Splendor

  Found the Hotel to be subtly grand in all aspects, right from the lobby to the concierge to the front desk to the elevator to the club floors to the club rooms to the restaurants. People are well trained and communicable which is the prime requisite in the service industry.

  Very convenient hotel in Shenyangs Hunnan district

  The Wanda Vista Shenyang is a very elegant hotel, conveniently located opposites downtown Shenyang, with a nice skyline to watch. Metro, restaurants, bars and a shopping centre are nearby. Taxi is cheap, for 11-20 RMB you are almost everywhere downtown. Staff gets a taxi in 1-3 minutes, day and night. The shopping centre is nice with many good restaurants. I enjoyed three different room categories during my stay, ranging from Standard to Wanda Club to Executive. All rooms are very similar in size and furniture, except some toiletries, bathrobes, or small decoration which are different. The executive rooms, however, permit access to a very nice lounge with free drinks, breakfast and dinner and a spectacular view at night. The lounge is very elegant and well serviced. Good view, good food, good service. Breakfast is extensive, people who complain about the offerings I would consider to be very spoiled. Pool and sauna I didnt use too much, appeared not so nice to me, honestly. Cozy atmosphere was missing, was a bit like a training hall for swimmers. There is some room for improvement. All service staff is extremely helpful and service minded, they know your wishes even before you ask... Among all staff who were super friendly, Ken from the guest relations department shall be given extra credits. You are doing a great job, Ken! Two informal tips: 99% of taxi drivers in Shenyang are professional, honest and friendly. If you catch a pirat (esp. from the airport, even with registered taxis this might happen) who wants to charge more than the meter says, simply get off at the hotel entrance and ask the friendly staff to help. They will manage. Price for a ride should not exceed 50 RMB. Second tip: head for the J.House coffee bar 100 meters to the left from the hotel. Run by Andy, a Moldavian expat, this bar offers international beers, great burgers, and pasta - with a smile. Just in case you are looking for some distraction from the great Chinese food after a while, go there! You will find many interesting people there, from all over the world. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if the location suits you, it is one of the best in town.

  Excellent Service

  I had a great stay here and I was accommodated very well by fantastic staff of Wanda Vista. In the morning, my day starts freshly with the kind accommodation of Ms. Li Na, who was in charge of breakfast buffet. Overall, it is a very good stay and I will come here again.

  A wonderful experience in Wanda Vista Shenyang

  From Kempinski to Wanda, something is different. Different locations different decorations and different experience. Wanda has wonderful views and stores. The traffic is also very convenient. The rooms are much moderner and More Chinese style. If you want to try some traditional Chinese stuffs, Wanda is really a good choice. Kempinski is a wonderful luxury hotel with long glorious history. Their service and customer care are the top of the world. The good news is Mrs. Chi Xin and her colleagues made me had the same experience in Wanda Vista Shenyang. Booked me the room, introduced the hotel's equipments and benefits,and also showed me the local attractions. Everything was detailed and thoughtful. Anyway it was a great experience in Wanda Vista Shenyang. Thanks Mrs. Chi Xin and her colleagues so much!
