  chess visit

  Ours is nice room that can accommodate even 6 pax. Nice meals all around but we have a big problem about the language barrier. Overall it is very good but you have to be resourceful. Load a VPN to enter the net via backdoor, net is so slow and cuts so often. When you have seen the Panda, there's nothing elseto do or see, got to cut short our stay and head home.

  Not the best but not even bad

  The price for this hotel worth it. Position is not central but good to go visiting pandas and other attractions. It's a big complex with pool and a nice Spa. Room is not too big but at least wi-fi works wherever. I wouldn't come back in this hotel but is not bad

  They never missed a beat , Well done!

  We were welcomed to the hotel , finding the staff friendly and very helpful, the suites were perfect , offering every comfort one may require, they had fluffy white towels, slippers to compliment, nice touches were the bath flower, and the pedicure set. The bed was soft and comfortable with the freshest of linen. A basket of fresh apples and teas and coffee to choice from. Just Perfect Breakfast was a buffet, a lovely spread offering both Asia and Western food. Compliments to the chef , and his wonderful team. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and I myself will defiantly return. Thank you Demi

  Attend international conference

  Hotel has great rooms, food and grounds. Check in was quick. Room was spacious and comfortable. Had both tub and separate shower. Cooling worked well. Conference facilities were good with excellent video screen quality. Food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was provided via extensive buffets. Staff was attentive and helpful. Overall an excellent 6-night stay.

  A working visit

  This hotel always tries hard to look after its customers. I stayed in the annexe which is comfortable but more like 4 star. If you want 5 star you'd need to book a suite in the main building. I liked that it was a short way out of town - there are taxis easily available to take you wherever you want to go at a very reasonable cost. However allow for traffic jams during peak times of day. My room was well serviced and the room maid even noticed that I didn't have a book mark so she left a little note and had made me one - how kind! There was a shower and bath but the sink didn't have hot water (I used the bath which was just next to sink. Breakfast had lots of choice and as a European there was certainly enough to get by. The hotel is well used by Chinese business men and ladies and there are certainly enough staff on hand to see to your needs. Not so many staff can speak English, but they are eager to please and can get help from colleagues if any situation comes up. I would visit again and consider the hotel to offer fair value.
