Nice experience
I booked an appartment for three days at wazo appart hotel. The least i can say is that was overall satisfied and happy of my choice. The hotel is in a quiet zone with a lot of commodities including restaurants, spa, gym club and a even a kids club where you get to leave your kids safely. The staff is very warm and welcoming. And the cost was just fine. It is for sure a place i could strongly recommend for a weekend escape or a long vacation.

Good for short stay
Stayed here 1 night as part of my trip to Marrakech. Pretty solid I must say. Its located in a quite neighborhood, outside of the bustling city vibe of Marrakech. Its better if you have a car. There is Convenience store and ATM at the basement. There are two buildings: one is Wazo hotel and the other one is Apartment opposite each other. I booked 2-bedroom apartment. Its spacious and it seems like 2 rooms connected to each other. Basic dinnerware and cutlery are provided. We did not find Slippers in the room (Better if they provide) Its a good choice if you have a family so everyone stay together just like at home and better option compare to the IBIS hotel nearby.

6/10 due to staff on the front desk
Where do i start with this hotel ????!!! I have travelled to multiple countries and stayed in many luxurious and budget hotels. We arrived at the hotel on Thursday the 18th of May. The staff member on the Check in desk did not greet us nor acknowledge us. He was on the phone for around 10 minutes. I found this completely rude and down right ignorant. The duty of the front desk staff should be to focus on the customer. Backroom staff members should attend phones. At the very least I would expect an apology whilst the staff member was on the phone. Eventually we were handed forms to complete. The forms replicated the information required by the border agents at the airport. The lobby is open planned and has comfortable areas to sit. In the corner of the lobby. Their are 3 metal cage style swings. My daughter banged her head against a sharp edge of one of the swings. Blood began pouring from her head profusely. We requested assistance from the Check in staff. The staff were utterly useless. I was shocked not one member of staff came to our aid or to see what had happened. I asked if their was a 1st Aid kit. I was handed a kit from behind the counter. This was poorly stocked. I have taken a photo of the contents. We requested ice to apply to my daughter's head. This was brought to is in a glass by a waiter. Again I was shocked at the inept shockingly poor response and attitude by the staff. We had to open our luggage and find a towel to use with the ice. Luckily we packed our own minititure 1st Aid kit. My daughter was left with a 6 - 7mm cut on her forehead. This was around 3 - 4 mms deep. We still hadn't checked in !!! The staff didn't even come to see wherethe incident took place, how the incident took place or even offer us any support. I have taken photos of the metal swings and also the location wherethis took place. We took our daughter to the pharmacy and she was treated by the staff. 2 days later the wound had still not heeled. We then had to attend the local hospital who were great. This hospital being the Clinique Shifa. I will leave a separate review about the hospital. In short my daughter had to have stitches to close the wound. The total cost of the procedure was 3500 Dirhams. I do not begrudge paying this nor am I looking for any recompense from the hotel. This review is literraly to highlight the severe failings of the staff who let us down. Not once during our stay did any of them check up on how our daughter was getting on. This ruined the 1st 3 days of our trip. As a basic requirement I would have expected the front desk staff to come and see my daughter when she had the accident. 2nd I would have expected a 1st aider from the hotel to attend. 3rd I would have expected advise and support in respect of hospitals or Dr's. None of this was forthcoming. The front desk staff at this hotel have severely let down the rest of the staff and the owners. I spoke to a young mid 20' well groomed front desk staff member on the last day. He helped to print out boarding passes. I think his name was Rachid. His colleague Asma was rude and ignorant. She was unhelpful when I asked about the boarding cards. She spoke to her colleague in Arabic I could understand she was talking about me in a degrading manner. Moving on to the hotel it self. This was pretty good. Whenever any one came close to the swimming pool you would find an attendant or security guard take up their positions. This was extremely reassuring. The kids club was pretty good. This had a number of activities which catered for children from infants to 12 year olds. If I'm not mistaken I think their was even a kitchen for children to bake cakes. The swimming pool was ok. However a new 4 storey building is being built 10 metres from the pool. The main structural work has been completed. The noise was bearable for me. Some would people may not appreciate relaxing next to a building site. The view from the rooms which face the rooms all face the building site. We found the Wi-Fi good on 5 out of the 7 nites we stayed here.

Be like home
The location is in a quiet area.Very clean and polite people around. Especially Asma in the reception ,she was very helpful, polite and very professional . Garden amazing, nice interior design and furniture absolutely Moroccan vibes. Very clean and relaxed place.The heart of the hotel is Mimid and his team, the entertainers. These guys make a great job. Gongrats!!!

2 bed Appart hotel
I took a family of 6, 2 Adults & 4 children to Marrakech. Booked 3 nights at Wazo Appart Hotel. Some of the reviews on here are nonsense. Location: It is a little far from Jenaa Al Finaa the main shopping area but we were happy with that as it allowed us to relax in peace without too much noise. Taxis were constantly outside. We used a Grande taxi as we were 6 & were paying 150 dh each way to go to the main area. Rate at the moment was about 12.2 dh to the £. The fantastic receptionist showed us the bus stop & on one occasion we only paid 12 dh to get there on the bus. Very busy on the bus though gets packed. A bit far from places to eat if you don't fancy eating at the hotel. Staff: Great. Really helpful. Walked us about half mile to the bus stop. Really try their best. Room: Double connecting room. Really clean. No issues & a small kitchen to cook breakfast or dinner. Connecting door between the rooms. Amenities: It is opposite the hotel which can be used. Theres a bar, evening entertainment & a pool. Kids club for the little ones. Not a massive hotel. No water slides. A convenience store just by the side which is really helpful. Overall: Value for money it's great. It gave us a base to explore before we moved in to our next hotel. Top Tip: Exchange your money at the bank around the corner if it's open about 50 yards away rather than the hotel. I got almost 5% more for my money.
