  Conveniently located accommodation

  Convenient location close to metro, bus, Aerobus, and walkable to most major attractions. Apartment is spacious and comfortable, equipped with full kitchen. Nearby small convenience stores and lots of cafe and eateries. However, the lift is super small...for two people only. Thus, if you are travelling with big luggages or big group, be prepared to take the stairs or wait patiently to take the lift.

  Poor and dangerous part of town

  Stay away , dangerous part of town, if you care about safety , dont stay in el raval , overpriced property , you can find much better apartments in Passeig de Gracia and gothic area for the same amount of money

  Excellent accomodation

  I booked via booking.com Excellent check in service 5 minutes down the road. The apartment is down a side street but felt very safe. In a good location with plenty to do and see local. Apartment I had was 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Excellent place .very happy.

  Very poor customer service

  The apartment hotel was ok overall, not as clean as one would aspect (more o for a superficial clean) However the customer service aspect is very disappointing, and would never recommend or return for that reason. After returning to the apartment on a Friday early evening to change and get ready for our evening plans, we found the apartment bathroom flooded. There was a leak coming from the apartment above. And it was obviousl it had been like this for some time. After calling multiple times ( on our dime) to report the issue and wait for the maintenance staff to address(maintenance was very professional) we asked to speak to the manager/supervisor so we could address our concerns as well as the damage to our property. We were told there was no management staff available, and would only be available Monday (conveniently the day we were scheduled to depart). We asked for another room, some temporary solution, but received neither. No follow-up,no apologies nor any acknowledgement of the incident. (although I'm sure the unit above was acknowledged) Just be forewarned if you require customer support, because it is definitely lacking. I would not recommend and will never return based solely on the lack of service

  FRAUD - DEPOSIT OF 200 STOLEN

  ATTENTION AVOID THIS PROPERTY Apartment x 5 with sofa bed broken. Reported to the property the day after arrival and repaired by a worker fron the property with plastic eletrical clamps (...) Sofa bed absolutely uncomfortable (another guest in May19 already reported). No option given, sleft for one week on a broken sofa bed. At checkout the surprise.. debited 200 - equivalent to the full deposit - due to broken sofa!!! This is nothing else than a fraud against 5 young boys that couldn t do anything to defend themselves. Parent called several times and the 3 ladies at the reception refused to pass thru the property Manager, they gave false name (Maria) and they close the phone call. They were making fun of them and pretending not to understand. They refused to see evidence of broken sofa bed taken on arrival (video). Photos attached. Reservation made thru Booking.com, full refund claimed. ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVE
