  Good for a town centre hotel

  We do not normally stay in town or city centre's so this place was OK for a one night stay near Bern. The room was adequate and not too expensive by Swiss standards. The check in lady was very helpful but at other times we struggled to find staff. Check out was slow, probably due to other guests taking too long to clear the desk. Food in the restaurant was good but very expensive, even by Swiss standards.

  Hotel accommodation and concert

  An excellent hotel and resort in a very nice small community of Lyss, Switzerland. The people who work here were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and immaculate. The bed was comfortable. free wifi . Several English speaking TV channels and german, French channels also. The auditorium was excellent for all forms of concerts. I attended one concert on sunday 4th of December 2016----Oesch die dritten Advent concert. at 13:30 (1:30 pm).

  Comfortable hotel

  Situated in a good position 5 minute walk from Lyss railway station. Hotel well managed and rooms very clean and comfortable. Hotel bar also pleasant. Breakfast a little limited in choice but restaurant in general is excellent.

  Friendly and comforting place to stay

  The welcome was very friendly and the place looked well looked after. There is a free parking below the hotel. Make sure to park at the dedicated spots for hotel guests, as there are other businesses also making use of the underground garage. Can't say there was anything wrong with the place. Breakfast was OK with good service. The town was not lively for a Saturday night. Overall, a very good experience with typical Swizz prices which makes your stay a tad more expensive than in surrounding countries.

  Noisy hotel

  I visited this hotel recently during my business trip. Couldnt sleep since the hotel is noisy, you could hear people talking next room and in the corridor during the night . Apart from that, I Wanted to order something to eat on the room, had to go down to the Restaurant first, then to the reception in order to pay. That in fact wouldnt bother me, but the noise was unacceptable. Taking all this into account, its super expensive for a 3* hotel.
