  Worth the money, would return if visiting Marmaris again

  It's in a great location, close to everything when you actually find out which way to go! Very quiet as theres only 1 or 2 more hotels in that area but its good as its close to the beach, bazar, bar street and the marina which has great places for cheap food! The staff were really friendly, none of my party had any trouble with them...maybe the reviews before this were when different staff were working there? Prices are a bit steep considering theres a nice little cafe down the road that does the same meals more than half the price the cem are selling them for! Rooms cleaned daily and fresh bed linen every 3 days. Pool is a bit basic and can be annoying when theres too many people in there but its nothing to lose sleep over! would go back for sure if I visited Marmaris again!

  Not Be Back! Would Recommend To Anyne!

  Myself, partner and my friend and her boyfriend stayed here in the month of july. We were very dispointted at the apartments. We were there our first day, sitting at the pool enjoying ourselves and the attitude from the staff towards us was appauling. They Complained when we were having a drink in our own balcony. You had nto be very quiet coming in from a night out and go to sleep. While eating our breakfast the manager stood behind us laughing and stirring at us while eating it so we didnt eat it as we were made to feel as if they had done something wrong to our food. Any opportunity they got to get money out of us they were taking it from us. We broke a glass by accident and said sorry and that but they still charged us for breaking the glass and for the cleaners to clean it when we had already cleaned it ourselves. It wouldnt be any apartment i would suggect or recommend to any one if they were to ask me about Turkey...

  Wouldn't recommend this hole to anyone!

  Myself and 6 friends stayed at chem apartments for a week. Most ridiculous place iv ever stayed at! Charged for towels...Rooms not even ready for us on arrival Security guard allowed 2 guys to follow my friends up to their rooms.. Owner complained we were making too much noise at like 12/1pm!?! Manager came into my room while I was sleeping and took my key fob out, leaving us with no electricity or a/c also invading our privacy, refusing to give us it back and later said it was the maid(at 7am I think not)! Hotel staff only understand English when they want, if you complain they rudely walk away!! The place is a joke ! Unsafe ..unfriendly..overpriced..managers walking into girls rooms while sleeping (there s a word for people like this) Discusting and not fit for paying customers!!

  Disappointing

  This was a return trip to the hotel previously called Cem Aparthotel, previously visited 9 years ago. How things have changed, our last visit was memorable as there as a lovely pool with poolside bar and a buzz about the place, all changed now, the bar is still there but wasn't open at all during our stay, consequently the pool was almost completely deserted. Obviously a change of target audience has occurred. No complaints about the room nor any of the staff. As has been mentioned in other reviews the hotel is in a great location when you get your bearings of the centre of town and the harbour.

  Mixed feelings

  We stayed for few nights. The price was lower than average hotel in Marmaris. Lets start with benefits: 1. Very good location - close to bat street and Marina, plus convenient way from Bazar. 2. Nice and polite staff 3. Apartment consists of 2 rooms and a balcony - large space 4. Bathroom was clean and comfy, with clean towels 5. Pool is present and nice, a bit messy but in general ok 6.There was basic filling in the kitchen - pot, pan, cups, plates, silver. 7. Fridge was present and, what is important, was working once we were out of room. I notices some of hotels completely shut down all the power outlets once you are out. 8. Classy, simple but nice turkish breakfast Now lets go to things that lowered our experience: 1. AC is present only in bedroom, the kitchen/living room is noticably hotter, plus the ac itself blows straight to bed, thats why the whole stay it was covered by blanket, plus there was no remote. 2. The teapot almost hit me with electricity, the cable of hot panel is also dangerous. After incident didn't use pot at all 3. The curtains are pretty thin so it may bother sensitive people in the morning, we meet the sun as windows were to the east. 4. Internet, the worst part and a reason to move out. Internet was absent in the room, if you dont have local sim card this is a punishment. Internet was working on the ground level in the breakfast area and by the pool, in the room the only spot i could barely get connection was, pardon me, toilet.
