  A good hotel for the amount you pay.

  I used this hotel for a 3 night stay, we were using the meeting room over-there and I slept there as well. The price is very tempting, and the rooms were good for the stay. It is relatively an old hotel, the rooms are spacious, they are clean, but the toilettes needs renovation ( however they are clean). The meeting room was sufficient for the purpose, I didnt try the breakfast over there, however lunch was ok. Again, the value behind the price is good. Do not expect luxury or premium service for sure, but consider it as a place which will do the job ( a hotel stay).

  Party Place

  Attended a Children's Party in this hotel & I can say I'm impressed with the Lobby, Venue, Service, Facilities but downside is the Underground Parking that we almost missed from the highway! Otherwise we will have to go round the block in order to go back

  A great great hotel with fantastic staff

  I stayed at the Zara recently for 14 nights. The hotel is next to a couple of very new looking high end hotels which initially makes you think 'Oh Dear' ended up with the cheap option. Well, not at all, Reception was very efficient and check in was painless, a very helpful porter had my baggage outside my room before I got there, took it in and even offered to unpack. The room was spacious to say the least. Very clean. However lets be honest the hotel is in need of renovation, on first venturing out of my room, EXTENSIVE renovation is taking place with 2 floors completely closed off. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. One member of staff actually walking us to a local shop. The food is very good, a buffet style every evening but with a huge variety and always very well cooked, A different Kabsa dish every night too ranging from Quail, to Lamb, to Turkey etc. The desserts were to die for some obviously home made and some bought in but excellent all the same, the quality of the food was always excellent. I must make a special mention of Frankie, a young Fillipino waiter for whom nothing was too much trouble, having asked twice for a pot of tea (very English with a cup/saucer and cold milk), every single mealtime thereafter if Frankie was on duty as I went to choose a healthy!!!!! Dessert a pot of tea was made for me without asking, large bottles of water at the tables from the fridge every evening, and after dinner if venturing ionto the balcony on the 9th floor, cold water brought out without asking, just all round excellent customer care. Across the road is the ENORMOUS Dahran shopping mall where you can but EVERYTHING I think from the most expensive Rolex down to a Primark style shop where three sweaters were less than £10. All in all a fantastic hotel in need of (but seemingly already happening) renovation, clean, friendly, welcoming and well priced. Would absolutely 100% stay again when in Dammam.

  unforgotable stay

  i do like this hotel so much, it has great location, car parking reception , room service staff, housekeeping services rooms style , view furniture also the reception manager hospitality was wonderful

  It was good stay, clean room, reasonable prices, great location in front of Dhahran mall , but its not belong to intercontinental hotels. .. ..
