  Great place to stay

  We booked this hotel as we were going to Wembley for a concert. We found it to be very clean & friendly the staff were very helpful and nice. The room was very clean & cleaned every day. They gave us the biggest & best breakfast we have ever had!! Included in the very reasonable room price. The cafe provides a very varied and reasonably priced menu. The hotel is undergoing a lot of construction but at the weekend there was no work being carried out so no problem there. The hotel was about a 20 minute walk from the tube station & there was a bus stop right outside the hotel, so it was easy to get about on public transport. This hotel was great & will be even better when it has been finished, we will definitely stay there again & highly recommend it.

  Don't judge a book by it's cover

  We booked for an overnight stay after a concert at Wembley stadium. Lots of building work going on so looks tatty but when we got inside we had a warm welcome...with a cuppa in the cafe. Room was small but very clean and a really comfy bed. Big and tasty full English breakfast. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Perfect cheap & cheerful post concert b&b - we walked to & from the stadium (2 miles) so no getting stuck in traffic mayhem round the stadium.

  Nearly ran away, glad we didnt !

  When we arrived we basically said What the Hell have we booked ? It was a building site with huge iron girders everywhere. Car parking was like a vacant lot. Glad we went inside, the room was great and the staff so friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights whilst attending concerts at Wembley Stadium. They are extending the property and putting two more floors of bedrooms on, hence the girders. Room was small but very clean and comfortable, bed was great, bathroom had plenty of hot water for showering. Breakfast was a full English. Other food in cafe was great. Value for money ? Exceptional for anywhere but even more so in London. Staff were great, nothing was too much trouble and daily housekeeping was of a very high standard. Glad we didnt drive off. Thanks for a great base for the concerts and for your great service. We will happily stay again. Should be even more amazing when all the new rooms are finished.

  Better than it looks

  The room was modern, clean and well found. A big TV, comfy beds, effective aircon and a fridge. Not too noisy and decent tea making facilities. No toiletries but a great shower. The public areas are very tired and the cafe is a 'greasy spoon' but good value for money. 20 minutes walk down the canal from Harlesdon (on Bakerloo line) and a reasonable walk (approx 40 minutes) to Wembley Stadium. I will use again when visiting Wembley.
