  Minimal, Ok for one night stay

  Some rooms are Ok, some others have minimal furnitures and ridiculous bathroom. Reception service is not appropriated. Wi-fi connection is quite good, there is no Satellite TV. Breakfast quality is acceptable

  They can get viel better with small things

  We have stayed there for one night , room was clean also the towels ( they need to be Renewed ) . It was very difficult to cary our bags to the room ! There was only one lady at the reception ! So nobody coyld help ! They might put 1-2 small bottle of waters -as a compliment .hangers in the closet was from the ice -age !! One small pillow for each person is/ may not be enough Dusch gel in the shower also does not cost fortune !!

  Overnight stay

  We came at 11 p. m. And did not call ahead we were going to arrive so late. The hotel was wide open with all lights on and the lobby looked very pretty in pink marble and nice furniture. But... there was NO ONE AT THE RECEPTION ROOM and at the phone numbers posted on its door we got no answers. We spent about 10 min. Roaming around and left. Going to dispute the charge. TripAdvisor had zero notifications about calling ahead or about no night reception person.

  Could be easily better.....!

  Positive. Parking good. Also easy to access to main town. Supermarket opposite good. Fridge in room useful. Refused original room as was in the roof and so small. Could not stand up in this room. Next room was better. No repairs though and could easily be done. Broken shower door. Broken toilet flush. Room service terrible. I can make the bed better myself and did. Asked for soap several times as empty, again not bought. Asked for clean towels again told yes but no...! Seems really bad communication between some staff. Tv not working and took 2 days to have repaired, this was easily fixed but was caused again by lack of passing on info. One super lady helps here and works so hard, also speaks perfect German and English. She was so good. Some staff seem to not speak English or German...!!! Breakfast. If felt quite good. One day nothing as staff were not sure we needed it, even though we paid for it...! Another day no eggs as order was left in someone's car. All these silly mistakes are totally avoidable. Reception says open at set times. But no notice that it is closed Sunday's, one poor lady alone wanted to check in Sunday and was waiting. She tried to call all 3 numbers but nobody answered. This was terrible for her.

  Rented an apartment

  We rented an apartment for 5, which is located on the hotel premisisbut not within the hotel. So you have al the privacy, for there are only two apartments. All the furniture brand new, everything from Ikea, receptionist extreemely nice and welcoming. Air conditioning is missing, but we didn't need it in September. Trip to downtown Frankfurt took us 25 minutes with a car and a 2 overnight stays for 5 cost us 290 .
