  Excelente atención del gerente

  Lo recomiendo mucho. Tuve un problema con mi reservación y sin embargo el gerente me atendió con mucha amabilidad y comprensión. Recomiendo ampliamente un hotel en donde realmente te escuchan, te comprenden y te hacen pasar una estancia maravillosa.

  Nothing works, no one cares.

  The hotel has really changed. I brought my sons here after a long drive and a long month behind us. I got a king suite and ended up with 2 beds that where way to small for even a child, no pull out couch, an unworking tv, a clogged toilet, and a shower that half turned on, the other half stayed draining into the tub. The micro wave didnt work, there was no coffee maker and there was a fist fight right outside my door.i called downstairs and they offered no help, no fixing of any thing and no offer or concern on addressing the issue or comping anything. The lady told me they where sold out and i was stuck. Its 8am;im supposed to drive 8 hours today and i have yet to sleep. Id really like to stay another night and sleep before i drive but i feel like they should offer me a room that actually has the BASIC amenities its supposed to since the pool and breakfast seem to of stopped awhile ago. Anyone know how to make this happen? Much appriciated

  Worst experience in 5 stays at this hotel.

  We stayed Saturday Nov 14th. At checkin neither desk worker was wearing a mask. That should have been the red flag we needed to leave. I booked on the hotels website not through a third party website. They couldnt find my reservation. I was told I had to make a new one. I was told that the manager could fix it and cried it me in the morning. The hotel was full of loud teenager and young adults. No problem it a weekend so thats a given. The first call for noise was at 11:30pm. Then again at 12:30,1:30 and at 2:30am. I was told I should call the police and was hung up on. There was a fight outside my room. The smell of pot was so strong we hand to put a towel at the door to stop it from coming in our room. When checking out I asked to have my double charge fixed. I was told only a manager could help me. I called the hotel 4 separate days asked to speak to manager Paul. Got the voice mail all 4 times. Left a message and was never contacted. I was upset because this was the worst experience after several stays at this hotel. Then another guest came to check out and asked to have the police called. His brand new truck and windows broken out. No one at the hotel seems to have much empathy for their guests. *****If I was able to give no stars I would.

  Motel in sad shape

  I really used to enjoy this hotel over the years. Amazing atrium and breakfast area. Love the glass elevators and large suites. However, it has significantly gone downhill. Our room heater did not work (in December) and the room was like low/mid 60s with the thermostat on 72. The pool was down, hot tub empty (last few times this has been the case). Air return in room was FILTHY. Lock and latch broken. Our room had roaches, so we asked to move and the clerk seemed unwilling at first, but moved us a few rooms over. It had roaches as well. And a broken bathroom door that you had to lift to get it to close. Again, the room was freezing. Some missing lightbulbs, so the front room was dimly lit. The toilet lid was broken off. And, the key card system was broken, so any access to our room had to be granted by staff. The desk clerk stated it would likely be days before the system was replaced. Cleaning is very insufficient. The public restrooms were out of order. The exercise room was fine, with some malfunctioning equipment. The staff was fine. But, it seems to be run by a skeleton crew at best, especially for a weekend near Christmas. The price was great, but with the conditions, it should be. Plus, the effects of COVID has driven the demand down anyway. 4-star hotels aren't much more.

  Horrible staff and management

  January 5-7, 2021 i rented a room for my boyfriend . I spoke with Kendall via phone and she made reservation. The next day i got room again for him but forgot who i spoke with. During 2nd night stay staff called cops saying my boyfriend did not pay. Cops checked into it and staff let him stay. The next morning at 9am, staff entered his room and beat on mattress to wake him up and kicked him out saying he did not stay. I have bank statement showing i was charged for 2 nights. I have repeatedly tried to get a hold of management at hotel and they still have not responded. I have contacted the media here in Omaha. This is complete crap and invasion of privacy at this hotel.
