  No great as it looked like from website

  Staff was friendly and very accomodating. They were always dropping us around the area and also helped when I got very sick and had to see a doctor. They were making the room on time and coming back at evening to re-set the villa and lighting the mosquito coil as well. Punctual in bringing breakfast and set it up on the table for us. It wasnt easy to communicate with most of them but they were always called someone else who could help better. When we got to the reception after 2 hours in the traffic from the airport they said there were 3 hotels and we were actually been moved in another one which was bit further far from the main area. The villa looked great as we arrived but we discovered so many uncomfortable things later on. The worse thing was the strongest mould smell under the bathroom cabinet, wardrobe and even worse in the kitchens ones. We had to wash the glasses and cutlery every time because they were stinky. There are no cooking tools and the top stove is rusty and very dirty around. Bathroom sink wasnt draining properly and the shower walls were dirty. Light in the bathroom was so bad that do my make up was a big mission. Wifi was very slow and they are supposed to have many tv channels but there was no signal a part from a couple of local ones. Every day, around fields were lighting fires, not sure why, causing massive smoke all around the area. We werent able to hang in the pool or in the living room (being an open area- no doors) and even closing ourself in the bedroom we could still smell it. Its a shame because as said the staff really makes a big effort to make you happy but unfortunately the villas look good only on the surface

  Very nice villa

  This was a lovely villa - it has the option of being 2 rooms or 1 (two storey). It came with a kitchen, lounge area, decent sized bedroom and bathroom with outside bath and a nice pool. The staff were very nice and delivered breakfast to us each morning. There was also always someone available to drive us wherever we needed to go which was very handy. The only bad thing about this villa is that it is open so you can only have air con on in the bedroom (the rest of the villa was quite stuffy). Also there was constantly a sewage smell in the bathroom which wasnt very pleasant. Otherwise a good place to stay!

  PERFECT LOCATION

  Aksata Villas is a fantastic value for money stay in Canggu, on the main road into the vibe of the town. Rent a scooter and explore the different areas. Staff and Manager of the complex were very helpful, friendly and professional. Food provided for breakfast and lunch dinner was a very high standard- fresh and hot every time. Villa was clean and tidy - facilities of villa more than suitable for the stay. I would stay at Aksata villas again

  looks like a nice villa on booking.com

  old...smells old...when i booked it i saw that the size of the room is 270 sq meters..i went for it...you barely get 100 meters.you have front yard and swimming pool and living room and kitchen that you have to share with two other rooms upstairs..you get private bedroom sized 20 meters and bathroom another 20 meters...we got facked i guess..also..staff speaks poor english..i suggest You book it for one room and then decide...

  AVOID **** IGNORANT AND UNPROFESSIONAL

  I made a booking with this property, but due to Corona virus (COVID-19), i had to cancel my trip. I booked the property as a pay at the property booking, but a deposit was taking from my bank, i didnt really mind this until i had to cancel the stay. I have been trying to contact the property on many occasions to get the deposit refunded, but on every occasion , they say their manger wont be there until the following day, and its the same thing the next day. It has been 2 months since i cancelled the stay and i still haven't got to speak to their manager!!! The staff are very rude and ignorant and have ended the call on my in many occasions. It has got that bad that they have BLOCKED MY NUMBER AND MY EMAIL. Avoid this property. They are most rude and unprofessional people i have every dealt with!!!
