  was disappointed

  the hotel was clean although our floor smelled of smoke.dinner was quite good.the room was just ok and hot and noisy.air-conditioning was 5.50 euro extra a day so on principle we didn't use it.would not go back.breakfast average.

  Frendly albergo on Tuscany hills

  Personnel was very friendly, but you need to speak and understand Italian there. The dinners were typical to the area and good, the breakfasts offered only sweet pastries and nothing salty, but this can be expected outside the bigger tourist sites. Room was clean but occationally very cool, because the heating/air-conditioning functionned very irregularly if at all. If you don't have a car, don't go there for festive days, because you get stuck there due to the lack of public transportation on those days. Taxis are available, but nearest sites and railway station are about ½ hour drive away and thus costly. Recommended souvenier: they bake their own Chianciano Torta.

  A MUST when visiting Chianciano

  Everytime I need a break I come with friends to this very friendly hotel. It is close to the Terme Sensoriali which is means not having to take the car. They make us feel at home. The food is very good. Will certainly keep coming. The staff is always very helpful.

  Great service

  Perfect for groups, very satisfied, great service, would recommend, nice food, we are a group from Slovenia and we will visit this hotel again when in Tuscany, very friendly owner who takes care of his guests.

  Excellent stay at Albergo Martini!

  Excellent hotel which I strongly recommend! I stayed at the hotel for four nights with my Mum as we wanted to go to Terme, both Sensoriali and Piscine Theia, and it was perfect! The location is great, both to go to Terme and to explore nearby Tuscan towns - bus stops conveniently situated outside the hotel main entrance. Food was was very very good, everything is freshly made and the taste is so good! The service was great, nothing was a problem - I have food allergies and great attention was put into the meals which were prepared apart for me. The staff was very friendly and the owners very cordial and hospitable, they made us feeling at home! I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone - much more than a three stars hotel!
