  Friendly staff and nice atmosphere

  Quiet location next to the Sheraton. The vibe is great and staff is friendly. Gym is tiny and the small pool is indoors. Billiards is free and entertaining while you waiting for a pick up or meeting. Decor is the same as other Alofts Ive seen.

  Very nice hotel

  I liked the hotel everything is nice and good service, big room and they give me upgrade to bigger room with nice view and clean and its nearly to Marka mall.. I recommend it and thank u for the staff

  Aloft hotels are the best!

  Fun and funky! Aloft Hotels are my kids fav hotel to stay in. So when it was time for them to choose where to stay in Bursa, they naturally picked Aloft Bursa in Nilufer area. The hotel was everything they wanted - friendly staff, a pool table in the lobby, a Swimming pool (if we came when it was less freezing, we wouldve have camped by the pool), casual and colourful reception area with lots of cosy seats, 2 screens for them to get online for some games, a wide spread for breakfast, within walking distance to a huge mall and many other trendy restaurants and cafes. We drove from IST & there was ample parking daily (sometimes we parked at Sheraton as they shared the carpark).

  Worst stay

  Food were terrible. We stayed 2 night at the beginning and we spoke with reception to extend our stay for another 2 days and we agreed for the price and we went out to change money. When we came back they told us the rooms sold out and you have to get out of the hotel. They tried to sort out the problem and gave other another small room which is very small room for 3 adults. I won't recommend staying here as the staff has a very lack of knowledge to understand you and lack of customer service.

  Right place hotel

  We are very enjoy stay at Aloft Bursa Hotel which is near the mall. We really like the breakfast menu and friendly service. Besides that, the room is clean and comfortable. Overall, we really like this hotel.
