  Amazing Host Marcus

  The moment we walked in the door late night after a long drive we were greeted by receptionist, Marcus with a friendly smile. I had needed special room accommodation for the surgery that I was in town for. He was able to not only find us a room last minute for the night but also accommodated for the next morning by letting us know about an optional late check out. The next day we were so happy with the stay that we end up extending our stay another night. Wonderful hotel, beautiful area, very quiet and very clean. Would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the amazing staff and amazing cleaning service.

  Excellent Customer Service

  Recently I made a reservation that I am unable to check-in for, and the quality of service received by Marcus, was phenomenal. His understanding and deep level of empathy for my circumstance was personable and genuine. The courtesy provided by Marcus, saved my family and I much grief and we very much look forward to staying at this property in the near future solely based on the service I was provided with before having ever stayed at this location.   Evacuation

  First I would like to point out the superb Customer Service Support that my husband and I received from Marcus at Aloft Dublin/Pleasanton location. He worked a line of six guest with supreme effort and in a timely manner. This is what customer's look for when being forced to leave there home in an untimely situation. And for this reason alone I give my stay a ten star rating. However a day or two later I called to ask a question in regards to charges on my card and spoke with Monica and sorry to say she was a bit unfavorable while discussing my concerns. As I am a Property Manager remember people can certainly read and feel body language and chemistry over the telephone.

  Marcus!!

  My husband and I have been traveling for a bout a week and a half and have stayed in many hotels, but this one by far has been the best. The set up is clean and modern, there are plenty of social sceans to join, and....there was even a laundry facility to freshen up for the road. Marcus had the best customer service we have experienced in any establishment that we have visited recently. He was very friendly and outgoing and made us feel welcome. He was funny and helpful. He pointed us in a great direction for dinner options and they did not disappoint. And let's not forget that cool robot that brings you sugar and towels!! Amazing stay. 5 stars definitely. Thank you all for a great night.

  Great mini getaway

  Great mini vacation for our wedding anniversary. The staff was so friendly and made us want to be there. Special shout-out to Miranda who checked us out and Julio the fantastic bartender. Quite the bang for our buck too, with a nice room and various amenities. Close to downtown Pleasanton which has great dining and live music most weekends. Fun decor that was both trendy and warm.
