  Extremely gorgeous interior design. The hotel is very beautiful inside and out. The facilities of the swimming pool and the spa take the hotel to the highest level you can find in mountain resorts. The staff are wonderfully helpful, kind and warm. They will do anything to make yours and their clients happy. The distance from the slopes is a 10 minute walk that can be problem solved by the tourist train that is very frequent which passes by right in straight of the hotel. The rooms are cozy and pretty. You also have a gym and ski deposit. The food is one of the highest quality in mountain resorts that I found. Everything is great here.

  WINTER SKI

  Good hotel for the winter ski, close to the ski lifts. In front of hotel is skibus stop . In the hotel is external pool and a good spa zone. Rooms are well equipped. Meals are very good and Staff is very helpful.

  Nice stay

  Stayed for 4 nights on Ski trip. There is good car parking facilities at the back of the hotel. It's about a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts & about 15 minute walk into town. On arrival the male receptionist was not very friendly or welcoming. Basically just handed us our room key & pointed us to the elevator. Our room & ensuite were a good size, light & bright & very clean with TV, fridge & safe. The room was serviced every other day. In contrast the bar & restaurant staff were lovely. Very helpful & friendly. Great breakfast selection. Hot & cold buffet. We only had dinner 1 night in the hotel restaurant. The evening menu seemed to have a good selection but it just was not to our taste.

  Cute but not really suitable for foreigners family

  We have just spent our week in this hotel. First of all to mention its a very nice 3star accommodation in a lovely environment. Friendly and helpful personnel, clean rooms and spacious lawn with plenty sun beds. But as said not suitable for foreigners. One waiter and receptionist are barely speaking English or German. Food, mainly breakfast, is typical Italian with no variation at all and served at Italian times (late in the evening according to Dutch standards). Dinner is not that bad but salad buffet gets empty very soon. If you want to swim in a tiny pool you need a cap no matter if you just go for jacuzzi. Hotel guests are most elderly and you need to have a lot of patience in the morning waiting for them to figure out how electronic coffee machine works. I assume these guest should get their coffee served in another way. At last, the hotel is positioned on a busy street and Italians are not really meeting speed limit of 40 km/h which causes unnecessary noise in a village that would otherwise be quiet and peaceful surrounded by sounds of beautiful nature of the Alps.

  Smiles are not enough to run a 3star+S hotel: KEEP OUT!

  First positives: only one, smiling faces, only apparently helpful Then negatives: the whole operation looks like a hotel that went bust and has been occupied by a group of firends/total beginners. Facts: Common premises are old, ugly, disfunctional: - you walk 30 meters from the buffet to your table and in the morning they do not even put cups or spoons on the table, so you carry the whole lot + food and drinks - upstairs corridors are totally dark, you can walk 50/60 meters looking for switches and turning temporized lights on up to 3 times... not funny at all, save elsehow) - sad red laser lighting at the bar, check picture (you get that in your eyes from the floor.. smart!) - sad buffet - check picture of dinner dessert table. Rooms: - two bulbs where out and it took 2 hours and two calls to have them changed - very annoying low pressure in the old and unmantained shower - noisy dripping flush all night long - two TV sets with electric wires left hanging down from 1.5 meter down ... cheap and inexpensive are two worlds apart Bottomline, they simply care very very little - keep out
