  experience is making us...................................

  We went there to celebrate my birthday visited Mezzo for breakfast . Like we thought it was the best place that could host this day for us. Mr.Aymen Dridi make sure the experience was special by providing extra care and service throughout our experience with his well-trained team and we were lucky enough to have him and met several time thought the stay During times like these cleanliness and hygiene was kept at its peak by many staff ensuring the large area is constantly sweeped. The food was just delicious and fresh with topnotch precaution of Hygiene !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This experience is making us want to go back again and again. The hospitality really made it feel like home away from home. Thank you Aymen

  Stay away for hotel quarantine

  I had the unfortunate experience of booking my hotel quarantine at this hotel. I have been waiting for an hour to get my room and after recording my complaint I have been told to wait for another hour because the room is still not clean. If you have other options available, kindly do yourself a favour and stay away from here. Highly unprofessional service. Not sure how they received 5 star rating.

  Bad service and food quality dirty rooms smelled

  Bad food got me sick I chose to book my quarantine stay on this hotel so when I arrived was around 3AM and was very tired after 18hrs journey flight, once I put my head on the bellows to get some sleep the smell was very bad, well it was Awful, smell of cigarettes all around the bed, bellows and the cover, so I couldnt sleep the whole night, shame after the long journey I was thinking to get some rest as soon as I got to the hotel anyway I called The front desk and ask them to send someone to change the sheets for me they said they are not allowed to go inside the room to change the sheets for me the just passed them to me and I dont know how to change them. Lets talk about the Food, the morning I was expecting them to bring the menu so I choose what kind food I like Unfortunately they just leave the food in front of your door the foods really sucks in bed send get me a dirty diarrhea but I throw up twice. The food was really bad make me sick the whole seven days or six days I stayed in the hotel I have to order my own meal, One time the delivery arrived and left my food with the front desk, it takes them 10 minutes to bring it to my room because they was busy talking to each other, the mattress was dirty I think its a blood check attached pictures. No service at all like a Landry, When I call the from desk sometimes they answered and sometimes not. It was really awfully bad experience if you thinking to book at this hotel please think again, shame dont have zero star feedback Ill be more than happy to left it.

  I stayed in this hotel for 7 days for my return from Singapore. They really take care of me well. They gave me a very nice spacious room. I selected my food option at the reception. I like the food- biryani is my favorite. What I like was the surprise coming in the late evening: popcorn please give also cheese popcorn. I asked one more and received it Thank you Anastacia for your professional service. In sum, I did not get bored at all and it was unexpectedly a great luxury stay. Special note: ritual set was available in the bathroom and I like like it and I got a welcome plate. I felt I am an important person. One advice: Placing Karak tea and Qatari coffee in powder in the room would be a fantastic advancement so customer can easily add hot water and drink.

  Birthday arrangements

  Caliopatra was so friendly and nice . Also the Arabic guy was so helpful. The arrangement was so good and on time . The food was fresh and delicious. Everything was amazing thank you so much . Wish you all the best
