  Don't book unless....

  The place is a big joke! Unless you want a dirty room, very small bathroom and inaccessible place, don't book. Don't be deceive by the photos posted in this site. It's so far from the actual room. The place more for quickies. The good customer services doesn't compensate the absurdity of the place.

  Two nights was too long

  Even at the most basic and cheap hostels you can find better conditions than this. Poor interiors, unclean, smelly drains, dusty, rusty fixtures, mildewy walls. Smells like rotten eggs every time you flush the toilet. I stayed one night but my friend stayed longer than me and not once did they empty bins, make the bed or change sheets, despite the numerous staff members on site. Air conditioning spews out so much noise it's hard to sleep. There is no safe to store valuables and the door lock seems like the cheap and flimsy type. Despite looking almost walkable on google maps, taxis charged 200pesos to get here because they had no idea where to go and it seems pretty remote (from Colon Street to the airport it only cost me 215pesos!) If you want to catch a tricycle or taxi then you have to walk 5 minutes to the 711 because nobody stops near this place. It wasn't an issue for us but if you have a lot of luggage then this could be problematic. Staff are friendly but no consolation for the conditions. For a few extra dollars do yourself a favour and find somewhere decent and close to amenities.

  This place is the most beautiful and cheapest place on Mactan Island.

  We love ANTHURIUM INN because all the staff and the Rooms are worth it enough to stay,,and it is a cheap perfect place to stay. The choice is yours but you must not put down somewhere where you chose as a tourist piece of lol

  WARNING! DO NOT BOOK HERE

  Boycott this hotel. You will definitely regret if you book here. Not recommended. This hotel will only take advantage of your money. They don't make consideration. Very poor service. You can find better hotel near airport.

  Probably thw worst hostel in Cebu

  Spent one night in here before our flight: the room was super tiny, the bed was tiny and had sheets made of plastic, the bathroom was super tiny wihout a functional toilet seat or shower and there were several cockroaches in our room so we had to sleep the lights on. Do not come here.
