  Oh my god. Never again.

  The apartmants were very nice,modern, fully euiped. In nice quiet neighbourhood. Also the price of the rent eas not very low. The staff. Dissaster. In the pools thry refused (or maybe didnt now how) to speak any foreign language. Not even croatian. An employee spoke to an italian familly in slovene eventhough it was clear that they dont understand her. Even if you are a guest of the apartmants you have to rent a locker cabinet at the pool every single day. So you have to stand in line and pay 5 euro for each kabinet. They give you the money back at the end of the day but again you have to wait in line. No bar or any kind of coffe place in the swimming area. Only a coffe machine and snack machine. No supervision. It is hard to get a free chair because they allow the guests to come early in the morning and put a towl on a chair. We came in at about 9 oclock. All the chairs full with towels (about 60 chairs) and only 20 swimmers. If you want to use the savna.you need to go downstairs trough a sark stairway. In the area of saunas there is no staff. No one can explain the use of saunas. Just went to make my self an expresso. Machine ia broken.

  Wellness and food are very good

  It is an old hotel which needs to be renovated , but then will not be so low price . Pools are O.K. Food is very good . Wellness Zala is excelent . Very good staff in restaurant , not so good in Kavarna Vesna .

  Very nice place

  Been here via 1nadan.si coupon. 2 persons 3 days. In new weekend houses Ocepkov gaj. The house has 2 flooors. First floor has toilet, kitchen, living room and 3 balcons. Second floor is big sleeping room. With a balcony. It has floor heating. It is peacefull place. The pools in the hotel are perfect. You have big pool for swimmers and non swimmers. Inside small pool for kids. Inside and outside pool heatet on 35 degrees. Also with whirpools.

  Ocepkov gaj is beautiful, but the rest...

  ...is not so much. So my review is about, staff, pools and in-hotel saunas. Staff: have never experienced something like this. The guy at reception was a bit cocky, and not apropriate. They dont offer room service for houses, but they tend to leave the menu there so you can do look at it, but cant order nothing. The lady at swimming pool reception, had an attitude like she is a 6th grade teacher and she takes everything personaly. When i asked at saunas, where can i get the sauna sheets, they replied with annoyed voice: "in your room". Pools: You can tell that the pools are old, but still in kinda okay shape. Swimming outside, especialy in winter is really nice. Saunas (in hotel Vesna): looks like a scene from the movie "Hostel". Especially turkish sauna, which has mold on cellings. But if you want to use nice saunas at neigbour spa, you obviously have to pay extra. Overall: if youre looking for a nice and cheap place to stay, Ocepkov gaj houses are perfect. Really modern, comfortable and spacious. But bring your own food and drinks, and dont forget to take towels and bathropes from the house, because they dont wanna give you any if you accidentaly forget it.

  Vikend in Terme Topolica

  With my wife we had a nice weekend in Terme. Most of the rooms have been renovated and the room is solid in the new part of the Hotel. We had a half-board. I have no comments on food, everyone can choose what is right for him. The pools are large with water massages, but quite busy, especially after 12.00 with outside guests. We were in the pool before breakfast and in the evening until 21:00. Maybe we could change something, but for this price and offer it's great.
