  A most disgusting and rude landlady, DO NOT STAY IN APARTMENI KRESIC

  I am just back from a 7 day stay at Apartmeni Kresic along with 2 of my friends. We had been looking forward to going to Hvar as we had heard great things about the place through friends and family. When we arrived to the island of Hvar, in order to find the Apartmeni Kresic we had to literally walk up several hills in 30 degree heat to find it. It says on their advertisement that it is just a 10 min walk from the town. Well i can assure you that is a lie. Upon arrival to the accommodation the landlady was nowhere to be seen. We knocked on the door and rang the bell several times and were made wait around in the blistering heat. Finally when she did arrive she brought us up to our room and showed us around. She stayed in the room for over 30 mins explaining all the rules which included : not being allowed on our balcony after 11 pm, no talking after 11 pm, no walking around( go to the toilet, get changed etc) after 11 pm. There was so many RULES RULES RULES. As the week went on she would enter the room at will, even if we were getting changed, she had no manners. She was unpleasant, nasty and disgusting. She entered our room while we were out on several occasions. We actually witnessed her doing this. She would wait at the top of the apartment building and once she saw we had left she would literally run into our room. We saw this with our own eyes. I strongly advise you not to stay here. The location is terrible and the landlady is utterly deplorable.

  Beautiful Views, clean rooms

  LOVED the view from our room, it overlooked the bay and town. We called the owner when we landed on the ferry from Split she came and picked us up. It is close to a bakery for morning treats, a bit of a walk to a grocery store but not bad. Easy walk down stairs to the main town and beaches. Very friendly and helpful owners! I will be back!

  Indecente

  Hola, pasamos dos días en esta habitación, que era deprimente.. En general bastante sucio. La primera noche al ir al ducharnos no había agua caliente, al decírselo a Dana primero comprobó que no había agua caliente en nuestra habitación (parecía q no se fiaba d nosotras) tocó la puerta de los inquilinos de al lado que no estaban, cogió la llave sin estar ellos entro en la habitación para comprobar si ellos tenían agua caliente.. Lo que nos dejó bastante paradas. No dejamos nada de valor en la habitacion ya ni nos fiabamos de ellos..Dana es simpática..pero no volveríamos. Para los que quieran alojarse allí que sepan que tienen unas buenas cuestas.. Esta cerca 8min andando del Puerto pero bastante complicado de llegar.

  Not the best stay

  We stayed just for 1 night, lots of things broken in our room - dishwasher, door hinges etc. The toilet was beyond filth at the bottom, there was no plug for the bath so couldn't use it. The whole apartment had this over perfumed smell that made me feel sick. We both felt it was prob likely she doesn't change the sheets often either. I gave it 2 stars as it was just basic and done what we needed and the view was beautiful, however the walk to the apartment was a nightmare soooo many hills and steps, I had been under the impression it was right beside town and because my mother is disabled I thought it would be easy to get to I was wrong.

  Nice view but that was it

  The view from the balcony was great but the studio apartment was smal and worn. One of the shower doors was missing and the whole bathroom was wet after taking a shower. I had an argument with the landlady abot paying with card as she wanted cash. The apartment seemed close to the town and the beach but there are lot of stairs! Would not choose to stay there again.
