  Excellent Value for Money

  We always stay in Lozenets when we need to stay in Sofia and have probably stayed in most of the budget hotel options at one time or another (under 60E). There is a good metro service into central Sofia but you can also walk, not far if you are going to an event at the NPC. The area also has excellent bars and restaurants. We found Apartment House a good alternative to hotel accommodation which costs twice as much in this area. First time we stayed but sure to stay again. The apartment has a separate bedroom, a small open plan living, kitchen area and spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower. Well equipped with kitchen appliances including a washing machine. We felt very comfortable and very much at home. Free secure underground car parking which is an added bonus as most of the hotels charge extra for this. Good wi fi connection and plenty of choice of TV channels.

  Apartment hotel

  I just got here in Sofia for the first time. I used the Google map navigation to get to this apartment. I got lost couldn't find it then I call them and got the direction for the hotel. I thought it will be a creepy old apartment. But no, I would just say WOW. Amazing apartment with so kind staff. I couldn't even believe that the apartment has a mini bar and the kitchen acouppied with any or everything you need. The bed rooms are quite good size and the bathrooms are really big. The area around this hotel is great where you could dine in or grab a drink in some of the bar right by. Great apartment from great people.

  Great Apartment with Excellent Helpful Staff

  Extremely clean, well-furnished, quite large apartment just minutes away from the metro. Only 2 metro stops away from many of the major sights of Sofia. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful with tourist info as well as taxi advice. Free in each apartment as well as the common areas.The new restaurant next door, Tempero, is also highly recommended. Attentive, friendly service and great food. Very close to the Apartment House Sofia is a large supermarket for self-catering as well as a small café...great place for a morning coffee and fresh croissant.

  Great place!!!

  Nice apartments. Very clean. Nice stuff. Perfect location. They offer deferent outdoor activities( mountain biking, hiking, sightseeing and est.). In the building has a restaurant. Nearly to subway and shopping malls.
