  Avoid at all cost

  This business is not the accommodation owner, they are only a booking agent for privately owned apartments. The manager of Picton Waterfront Apartments - Kim West is rude, unprofessional and if you have any issue she is absolutely impossible to communicate with. i.e. will hang up on you. Avoid at all cost.

  FANTASTIC

  Spent 1 night in Dockside apartment on way to wellington it was amazing, everything including washing machine, will not stay anywhere else in Picton. arrival was so easy and view from the balcony great.

  Dockside Marina View

  We stayed in a Marina view room which had a beautiful outlook from the balcony.The main living area is upstairs with bedroom and bathrooms on the ground floor entrance.Wi fi and sky free and both worked well.Fully equipped kitchen.Irish bar and Oxleys bar across road and a 2 minute walk to Main Street.Supermarket the main one 5 minute easy walk.Parking is underneath the building with no lift you have to carry things up sets of steps to you room,the room also has stairs which you have to use as its on 2 levels as stated at the beginning of this review .There is no tv in the bedroom we had if thats what you require ask.Heat pump/air con on both levels.We would stay here again,when you book make sure you no exactly where you will be as they have several properties in different buildings that are let out.The only reason we didnt give this property excellent was due to the fact of all the carry things from the car up stairs to the room and not being notified of this when we booked and the property had stairs to access living/bedrooms which could be a problem to other people

  Absolutely stunning

  We had a weekend in Picton and so pleased we picked here to stay at the Apartments on the Waterfront. Dealing via email with Kim was effortless and the information to enter the building easy to follow. The view from the 5th floor was amazing. The apartment was very well equipped. There was plenty of seating inside and out. The bed was very comfortable and the view from there amazing. We liked the idea of being in the Harbour where all the tours left from. We will stay here again.

  Avoid if you can

  The hotel is extremely dated, isnt the cleanest property but is ok. The waterfront isnt that viewable at all! Kim should also be avoided at all costs. Doesnt like to be advised the wee problems I encountered with the hotel. Becomes a bit volatile, she is very rude. Is not willing to hear you out. Would advise to book with caution.
